I got a gift certificate and gave this place another try. Nancy the owner was very good what she does. I called before they open and they answered. I asked if I can come over the same day within a couple of hours, it was a Monday so I am assuming they are not so busy. I came in and there was nobody in the front desk. I knocked and saw the lady sleeping and it was the owner who happens to be Nancy the massage therapist. I think scared her a little bit when I knocked. She Immediately took me inside, I told her what I wanted and mentioned that I brought my own towel and lotion. She did not have any problems with that which was great. She showed me the clock and set it to the length of time I wanted to get massaged. She Immediately prepared the stuff she needed and started massaging me. She extended the massage a couple minutes after the times went out. I appreciate how much of a good job she did. I know how labor extensive massage is, I can tell that she was almost out of breath. I couldn't rate the cleanliness since it was dark inside, but she was bringing over warm towels. This is what I think can improve, they need a receptionist that can speak English because it was struggle to communicate with them. At one point when the other massage therapist passed by I smelled a strong cigarette odor, I dislike that a lot. Overall my experience was great. I gave her a hefty tip, since I know how hard and amazing my massage was. I will go back again to get a massage from Nancy.

Very disappointed. I’ve given them a few tries throughout the year and never really stellar like other places.

This particular time, although I was very specific on the points I wanted to be focused on, the massage was very superficial. They advertise reflexology, but the masseuse didn’t hit any of the pressure points. Didn’t really try.

Maybe it just wasn’t the person’s day, so when I went to pay, I mentioned how bad the massage had been and that I felt like I was walking out the same as when I went in. The lady just said, “Don’t worry. Next time, it will be better”.

And then she went to pressure me to leave a $20 tip. When I refused to leave that much of a tip, she kept insisting. Even after I told them the massage was not good in any sense of the imagination.

Not sure I’ll be back. I’ve had ok experiences in the past but it is always luck of the draw. Mostly bad then good though.

Reading thru some of their 5 star reviews it also seems they pay for reviews, as they don’t look real. Read thru them and you’ll see.

They should change their name to GREAT foot spa because I really had a great experience here. Clean Facility, Nice reclining massage chairs. The masseuse had wonderful technique and provided terrific foot reflexology. Highly recommended if you’re in Schaumburg

If you have a Groupon the lady there isn't very nice to you. We were trying to get the code as it was a gift and right away she gave us attitude and started talking crap in her language to us. Almost walked out but got the code. If she's running a business she needs to be more professional and show customer service to keep her customers because I'm not going back. Other than that the experience itself was very good and they're good at what they do which is why I left a 3 star. Very relaxing.

My boyfriend and I purchased on Groupon a coupon for $20. The first 30 minutes was ok, massage was very good. Another 30 min we had feet deep in water, connected to a machine and it was “detox”. We don’t believe in this kind of detox and we’re a little disappointed.
I’m going to go back there and give them another chance, for sure will chose different service. I like the location.

My mom took my sister and I for a relaxing afternoon and it was perfect. As soon as we walked in, someone greeted us and asked about services. We had a Groupon for 60mins of neck and legs- we all fell asleep! I would definitely recommend this place.

The people there were really nice....Me and my boys went ....As they finished...They walked all the way behind us to Ask for Tip...They almost wasn't going to let us out .... That's not how you do People... Tip is opinional...And because of that....They knocked there own tip...I gave them $5 each....
