I was here on 8/24/23 at about 12:15, pocking up a candy bar. An older man had been charged $100 on pre-approval, but pumped only $85 of gasoline. He asked for a receipt showing that he’d be refunded. The manager could not have been more rude. She refused to write a receipt, saying, “I am not going to do that,” with a wave of her hand, and then said, “I’m done with you.” She treated him very disrespectfully, and dismissively. She needs customer service training. I would not buy gas here if it was half price.

I was in town for Bike club ride. My first time ever to Wyoming and Kayla was very helpful and friendly she told me she works at a different store. She made me feel welcome to Cody.

I would rate this place zero stars if I could! The lady that was working was extremely rude and very unfriendly. She was demanding and spoke to us in a very loud rude way. Slammed the ID on the counter after shr looked at it.
