A little hard to find but worth the search.
The manager was pleasant and helpful.
The location was quiet and clean. The lot was tight with our 32 ft trailer but not to bad.
The showers were the cleanest I've seen in any rv park I've ever stayed at.

Park not kept up and maintained on a regular basis. Concrete broken with lots missing stone or gravel. Also feels unsafe due to inadequate lights at night. High lot rent with no benefits compared to other parks in the area.

Manager took lessons from Adolf.
If she does not like you, she will find an excuse to fine you $50.
No security, no cameras. Riff raff will come in to scope out what can be stolen, and park in back to do drugs.
Water pipes break often.
Park is kept clean, though. 90% of residents are nice.
Management sucks.

It's a run down place, they use pictures from another park to entice people. They do not have a pool, a laundry room as shown or the club house as shown. We did a drive through and it's far from what they advertise. The comments we received from talking to others was the same that we noticed.

Stayed here longer than expected. It's quiet, clean, sites are level with a concrete slab to set up your tables and chairs. Club house is really good, has a great kitchen with tables and chairs. Baths are very clean, laundry room is spacious and has a clothes line outside incase you want to air dry . There is a garden in the back and if you would like something from it, ask and you'll get it. Nilda and Barry are terrific people and anything you need ask them. It's located near all shops and restaurants, etc. So much to do and see here it's a lot of fun. The people who are full-time and come for the winters are such friendly people and very helpful, fun to talk with and have good information for places to go. Can't wait to see you again!

This is a great place to stay! We loved it so much we stayed longer. It's an older park that is being updated all the time. It's quiet, clean and Nilda and Barry are terrific people. Any thing you need just ask and they will do for you. Great club house with a lovely kitchen with tables and chairs. Baths are nice and clean, laundry room is spacious and has a clothes line outside incase you want to air dry. Beautiful garden in back with many tasty veggies and if you see something you would like to eat, just ask. Parking is easy, level and a concrete slab to set up your tables. The people are so welcoming and everyone was a pleasure to talk with. We made many new friends here and can't wait to get back next winter. So much to see and do and it's easy to get to staying here. Great location, all the shopping needs easily nearby. See you again!

My elderly cousin stayed there 4 years until the new manager can into Play. She is a no good person who is a control freak. Very unprofessional and tells him how many people can visit him etc. She lived there like 6 months and became manager. She started cleaning out the people she didn't like. And also took my cousin trailer from him ,how she did it we will find out soon. He was payed up on his rent ECT. We have proof when we take her to court. All I have to say is be ready to go to jail. Have a nice day.
