Update: called the shop and asked them about my issue after reading their reply. They said it’s normal gel falls off after two weeks and kept asking if I want to do new nails. No remedies offered.

Got gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure had a hole when it was just done. I told the lady about it but she failed to fix it. Two weeks later, some part of my manicure fell off as well.

The most horrible full set nail experience! The nail tech Tran that sits in the front rushed so hard that she kept burning my cuticles with the speed of the dremel and actually gouged me and made me bleed! I asked her how much my nail inspiration would cost and she would not tell me. I asked her 6 times and had to pull my hands away as she started trying to glue my nails on without answering my question. She finished a hand and pushed my hand back rudely each time, pointing to put it in the uv light. I have been getting my nails done all across the country for 25 years and never have I ever had this sort of treatment. Never again and warning! She’s just there to start you but the acrylic and powder is super sloppy with drips and drops untreated or cared for. She almost tried to paint the cuticle oil brush on my open wound she created but I pulled back saying “NO! It’s a wound! “ and she looked confused. You can see the wounds she created and sloppiness. Also see what i asked for vs what she gave me. She said it will take 4 hours so i said ok just ombre…and even that was not done nicely. The photos of my nails are of the finished work👎🏽. Bubbles on every nail.

I actually can’t comment on the pedicure service. I ended up with no service at all. My friend made a reservation for four people at 4:30. My friends were started by technicians at 4:30. They were two other technicians working on two other people. I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes. A lady finally came over to start my feet at 5:15. My friends were already finished and dried and ready to go. They didn’t seem to understand why I wouldn’t want to get the service. I told him I had to be out of there in 15 minutes anyway. They said they would rush through it and do it in 15 minutes. No, thank you. This is a first for me. I don’t intend to go back there again. No real apology either. They just spoke to each other in a language. I couldn’t understand. And then they immediately put my shoes on and lifted up the armrest off the chair. I was still in the middle of a conversation with my friend. It was pretty bad. Not recommended at all.

Kevin did an amazing job on my toes! He was super professional, and my feet have never looked better. The whole experience was really relaxing, and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
