Update 3/19 - 3 stars: Linda was kind enough to call me soon after my original post and make sure things were made right. I appreciated her reaching out, as between her and Danielle, I had previously had great visits in the past. She provided me today with a hydrating treatment, and we've keep an eye on my progress of skin over the past couple months. Even though Linda had nothing to do with the problem facial from the winter, I admire her for taking it upon herself to make my trust grow back in the practice. Thank you Linda!

Original 1/7 - 1 star: I have been to Gold Coast medspa many times over the past couple of years for dermaplaning and laser hair removal. This particular time, I received a Black Friday deal for a hydrating facial and dermaplaning. This picture is the result 5 days after. I do not have breakouts and have generally clear skin, so the breakouts and extreme redness (due to dryness, ironic after a ‘hydrating’ facial) were very concerning. When I called to show results and explain that my skin has never reacted this way to the other times I’ve been derma-planed at their facility, they proceeded to tell me that it is “normal” and “it must have been something with my after care routine”. I am very disappointed with their unwillingness to make things right, as I have tried to work with them for weeks after the situation occurred to see if they can provide a treatment to try and rectify this. The picture was taken 12/21, and today is 1/7 and my neck and chest are still covered in breakouts and what is now turning into scars.

I had an AWESOME experience here. Linda was super informative, very easy to talk to, and very comforting since it was my first time getting Botox. I went in for a consult and she had time for the treatment, and the process was very quick. The injections didn’t hurt at all, but I’m terrible with needles, so I got super lightheaded. She made sure I was all good before I left, providing me with juice and water and ice packs and allowing me to take my time to feel better before leaving. She even followed up with an email to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend Gold Coast Med Spa! I’ll definitely be going back (and I hopefully will do better next time lol).

I have problematic skin which I’m very self-conscious of and I am usually uncomfortable at my first visit. Linda put me at ease immediately in a warm and welcoming way. She is a gifted injector, making magic with Botox and fillers. I left feeling and looking great. The front office staff is also warm and welcoming, providing great customer service. I will be back!

I get lip injections with Linda, and I absolutely love coming here! Linda walked me through the different filler options and helped me understand the process from A to Z on my first visit. I was getting married and wanted to try fillers to see if I liked them. I kept coming per Linda's recommendations to slowly build up my lips to my desired look, and I couldn't be happier! Now that my wedding is over, I still keep coming. Linda does a fabulous job, makes you feel completely safe and comfortable, and is so fun to talk to! Highly recommend Goldcoast Medspa if you are considering fillers.
