The house is beautiful, a couple of miles out of town. We went in the winter for an eagle-watching expidition, but they have a pool, etc. for in the summer.||The room that we stayed in was very comfortable, with a small tv and a very large bathroom. The only bad thing about the whole place is that the room with the bathroom has double beds, while the other one with the shared bathroom has the only double bed. Not a big deal for us, though, and there is only one bedroom sharing the "shared" bathroom anyway - it just isn't connected to the room.||The folks that run the place are very nice. The house is the family house of the lady who runs it, and both she and her kids were raised there.||When they opened, they decided that they didn't want to do it if they couldn't do the whole "big breakfast" thing. So, according to state law, they had a comercial kitchen built. At other B&Bs in Illinois you get a continental breakfast. Here, you get a WONDERFUL, huge breakfast, by request!||Definately worth your time - we *loved* it.
