I had my first wax experience today, and it was nothing like I thought it would be. I was very nervous going in, but Ashley made me feel comfortable. She was very professional & knowledgeable, and communicated with me throughout the entire process! Her technique makes the process go very quickly, she makes sure there is no hair left behind, and it wasn't painful at all! The ambiance is everything & the customer service is top notch! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and won’t go anywhere else! Every time I come everyone is very professional and kind. They really make you feel comfortable and welcome. Ashley is very knowledgeable, and does an excellent job on my wax every time! Quality is key here and it really shows! Even down to the products used. She’s very proficient and detail oriented without having you on the table all day. Parking is never an issue and the lobby is adorable & posh. Booking is always easy and you even get reminders about your upcoming appointment. If you want the best, come here!

From start to finish my experience was great! Ashley is very personable, kind and makes the experience less stressful (I’m a drama queen). Her technique and the products she uses are quality. She also makes sure no hair is left behind! I really loved my experience, it was so much better than any other place I’ve been to! Love it! Also the person at the front desk was very kind and professional!

Absolutely love Ashley and her mom and aunt ! They’re so personable!
I recently saw her new Waxer Ulyssa and she was awesome. Her personality was very welcoming. I don’t usually do well either new people but she was Amazing and will keep you laughing. And not to mention the good quality wax they use makes it even better. When you’ve been waxing for a while you know the difference in good wax and cheap wax

I’ve been with Ashley and Glitz Fix for quite some time now and always have an amazing experience, time after time, with the renowned waxpert. I’ve also been around for many of the new additions and nobody quite impressed me like Uly. Her energetic personality, her reassuring aura, her knowledge and skill set, and beyond all, her attention to detail just blew me away. She’s super efficient in her work and just great to be around. Definitely worth a shot!

Ulyssa is AMAZING!!! This isn’t my first time visiting this establishment, but this is my first time experiencing Uly! From the moment I walked in she was not only timely and conscious of your schedule, she was fun, she was energetic, she seemed attentive and knowledgeable about her job. I knew I was in good hands. You can just tell when someone loves their job, you have to experience those types of people. She has a beautiful aura and the vibe was great. I will be back, and she will be my regular waxer from this point on.

My thing is this.. this place offer you a grace period after your schedule appointment time (which is fine), after your grace period "you are considered a no show and your deposit is forfeited". However, when the whole staff and/or the staffer you booked with is late why is the customer not compensated.. a free add-on service, a certain amount of money off of your service or etc.? A customer time is also valuable..

This place was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend being serviced here! My bff and myself went for the yoni steam/vsteam. We were greeted as soon as we entered. We were serviced immediately. No wait time. We sat in the very elegant, clean, new, and neat waiting area. We were walked back to the room where we got undressed and where we would be serviced. It was really relaxing, calming, and soothing. The staff is friendly, customer service oriented, and extremely courteous. I cannot wait to go back!
