HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The salon was almost empty maybe 2 people the most that should have been my first sign. i told them i wanted to keep the length of my nails and they still cut them super short and keep on filing them. 2 other people try to “fix it “ all this without telling me anything and just ignoring me when i ask questions, bad service.

It was a busy Super Bowl Sunday at the shop so the owner called in her husband, Joe. He did my pedicure and did a great job. He didn’t pressure me to upgrade and I felt he really took his time with me.

The elderly man who worked on my pedicure (TONY) used dirty utencils, overly drilled down my nail beds and ignored my requeats to stop. I had to physically pull my foot away from him, he made me bleed several times. He kept using the dirty wet towel under my feet to wipe blood away and kept putting some green liquid on the wound. The bottle was in a different language. He claimed it was an "antiseptic " he kept profusely spraying alcohol on my wound. I asked repeatedly for something CLEAN to wipe the wound with. He ignored all requests and continued to wipe with the dirty towel. I finally got up and left.

Don't waste your time or money.

I went in to take my acrylic nails off and get a manicure. It was my first time there and Mary was so nice and patient with me. It was no easy task. They have some many gel colors and it was a very quiet experience. I don’t like it when people bring there kids. Very relaxing

Asked for the nails listed on the top and got something different. Nails weren’t even the same size of the real nails they were on even they just look messy and plus she even cut my finger with the nail filer. Smh with these clear nails you can see the bubbles on the nails and overall my nails at the bottom! Just not it !

We were scheduled for 4 pedicures at 2:30 and they didn’t start to attend to us until about 20 minutes. Then the whole process took about 2 hours which during she injured both mine and my sister in laws feet. She was very rough and cut us with the hot stones, cut both of our toes while cutting our cuticles and then proceeded to scrape the back of our feet while scraping off calluses all because she was paying no attention while giving these pedicures.
