We are from near St. Louis. I called to speak to someone about getting pizza's as we passed through town on Saturday. Talked to Danielle on Wednesday, made a plan. Called her with an order on Friday and she nailed it. Was like talking to family. Made sure we were happy and was above and beyond in customer service.

This is a tough take out joint to review. Take a look at the picture. This is $35 worth of take out pasta. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli had four tiny tiny broccoli florets and maybe a quarter of a half chicken breast. Maybe. The rigatoni bolognese is $13.50 for pasta with a little meat sauce and three meatballs are an additional $8. Reminder: a pound of organic grass fed beef is under $7. And, you have two entrees with one tiny piece of garlic bread. WOW. Pasta is the cheapest thing you can make. Congratulations! Nice profit margin. Here is the real nut of the situation: It was delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked, it traveled well back home, reheated well, and the meatballs were not as good as my own but still above average.
Atmosphere? There was a screaming whiney tween in the kitchen going on about her missing headphones to her mom who was off stage to the right, unobviously cooking my food. The floor is old, cracked and dirty looking. It is not an inspiring pickup joint. Meh. Not bad enough not to go back to. I really like the pasta.

I ordered dinner at 8:03 pm. I received a call at 8:05 pm that they were down 2 drivers, so my delivery would take an hour instead of the half hour their app said. I expected an hour anyway from past experience. What i didn't expect was to have 9 o'clock roll by, then 9:30, then 9:55 and still no food! So I called the restaurant back and they were closed!! They took my 40.00, took my order, but closed and went home and left me sitting here waiting for my dinner to be delivered that was apparently never coming. Worst experience ever!

Out of all the places in the area that serve deep dish, this is still our favorite place to go to get it! We've never tried their thin crust or any other kind of pizza/appetizer here so this review is ONLY for the deep dish! yum! a small feeds my man and I perfectly for $26!

I just had their lunch personal pan deep dish pizza and salad combo, I absolutely loved it! The salad has beautiful greens, fennel and shaved Asiago Cheese and my pizza was perfect! The service was friendly and the price was very reasonable, I will be ordering from here again soon!

Ordered Giordano's around 11am after doing some house work. Food was done on time and ready for pick up. Staff was very friendly and didn't even cause a fuss when I ordered a diet Pepsi in store when I saw it. The food was great. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza. It tasted amazing. Will definitely be going back here and ordering again. PS. I forgot to take a picture before we started eating it 😂
