Gel x with Nelly - 10/10, she was meticulous and creative. almost 3 weeks later and every single gem is still on!!!! all the nails are ON!!! ~ 3hours for the nails, but well worth the time.

Gel pedicure with Nelly - 10/10, just as meticulous as she did my hands. shaped and polished evenly, cleaned my feet SO well …. my friends and coworkers thought I got a russian pedicure!!! ~ 1 hour, and yes, well worth it. The polish is still on. (i run and workout, and they’re still on, no chipping or peeling 3 weeks later)

Facial waxing with Becky - 9/10 got my eyebrows, chin, and lip waxed. she gave me really helpful tips for my skin and used very calming products. docked a point off because i had wax residue in multiple places. not the worst thing ever, tho.

scheduling with Terry - 10/10 so helpful and responsive with appointments!!! makes it super easy to contact and follow up with appointments.

overall, great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

I made an appointment through text for Sunday January 5th. I explained I had gel overlay with gel polish and I wanted to get the same plus a chrome finish. Becky said over text that they could do it, that they could do a removal of the gel, new gel overlay and chrome finish.
I got to the place and the customer service was great and welcoming. I noticed that the nail technicians were not sure on how to do a chrome finish on top of their gel overlay system, which it’s actually something called bio sculpt. So I was hesitant to do the chrome and decide not to do it.
Michelle, my nail technician, was really nice. But clearly they couldn’t do what they told me. My previous gel overlay wasn’t removed correctly (meaning some of it was left on my nails) and they still went ahead and added the new overlay which ended up horrible and bumpy on most of nails, except for two nails in my left hand. Plus, a manicure was not included with the service, which I’d have liked to known before I make an appointment. They did not clean cuticles or anything around the nails. Overall, I do not recommend the place or service if you have work done from another place because removal is not done properly. I just wish they could have been honest and said that they did not know how to do what I wanted. If you have bare nails, then I guess it will be fine.

I had the most beautiful, dreamy and intricately NEAT manicure here by Emily. The whole thing including removal took less than 2 hours and the most unique thing about this place is that they use no dremels for removal so when you get your old gels removed your nails come out HEALTHY underneath. Emily also had such a kind and engaging energy and was super receptive to any feedback. She knew exactly the colours I wanted, which I appreciated so much because I am not the best at picking colours for a design on the spot. When I showed hesitation about a pick she immediately went and found a better glitter match which was exactly like my inspo photo. The photos don't even do justice to the dazzling SHIMMER! A week in and I haven't had a single chip on my Mani. I'll be going here for all my nail needs.

I started going here on the recommendation of a friend when I wanted to stop biting my nails. I’ve now gotten manicured by several different people, and each one has helped me understand what they’re doing, why it will help me stop biting nails, and what to do if a gel-x nail pops off (only once and they got me in immediately to reglue.) the best staff with the best atmosphere. And my nails (now in dip) look great.

So convenient to me from home, and so relaxing. I really like this place even though I am not that type of girl who always go to the nail shop, but I do find reaains to visit this wonderful nail shop. I very much recommend it 👌🏽
