Just recently started going to this salon, and I wish I found it sooner! Megan did my hair both times I’ve went, and each time I’ve been very pleased with the result! We always have a good conversation, and she really takes her time to ensure I’m satisfied with what I walk out with. The prices are also very reasonable and this salon is much closer to home than the last one I was going to. Overall, the salon is very clean, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been struggling to find a hairstylist who would listen to what I was trying to do with my hair. Megan at Gia's is GREAT! She spent the time to find out what I wanted. Best haircut I have had in years! Salon is clean, friendly & relaxing. So glad to have found Megan and Gia's. Highly recommend!

My family accidentally purchased a gift certificate online from this salon. $75 for my birthday, I live in Michigan. I called he salon and the owner wouldn't refund the monies in good faith. She said she would send me some product instead, but never did. Customer service is out the window, I guess.

My husband bought me a gift card to Gia’s Salon for Christmas, and wow- what a wonderful experience!

I had the pleasure of meeting Kathy, Gia and Mindy. These women are knowledgeable, personable, and just overall amazing.

Upon arrival, Kathy gave me a tour of the salon and all of the services they perform. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. They even have free wifi and a large table with chairs where you can work while your hair color develops! Seriously, such a brilliant idea!

I got my hair cut & colored by Kathy, and the result was honestly beautiful. She listened to my concerns, and gave me product recommendations for color upkeep. It’s been two weeks since my visit, and my hair is still extremely shiny and looks freshly colored.

I walked out of Gia’s feeling refreshed and beautiful. Thank you ladies!

Sabrina is so talented! I love my hair everytime I go see her. She's always very upfront about her opinions on what we can do with my hair to get what I want, and giving me options. I trust her whole heartedly with my hair!

Although my nails turned out well, I was unaware that I was going to be charged $10 more than the listed price on the website and the brochure I was handed there. No one told me that my price would be upped and when I asked why, there was no clear explanation. In addition, I have a hair appointment coming up. Because of the nail incident, I called ahead and asked the price of my haircut. I was told it was going to be much higher than the listed price as well. I understand having more expensive prices for those who have more experience but not one person told me this and I would have been charged $14 more dollars without consent.

**After my hair appointment, I was very pleased with the result and the communication. Gia, the owner, spoke with me directly and reimbursed the price difference for being in the dark. So stars went up! As well, my no-chip manicure and haircut are great quality.

I love this salon. Stephanie colors my hair and all 4 of my daughters. She goes above & beyond! She is so good with color and does a great manicure & pedicure!!! I highly recommend her services!!
