Jodi was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were very comfortable meeting with her, she is awesome. I especially appreciate how professional and well-organized Jodi is!

Teresa, the delivery coordinator, and Justin and his crew that delivered our tub and set it up, all did a fantastic job. They're a good team! They were on time and no issues at all.

Writing this review from my hot tub, of course. I'm thrilled with the level of service I've received from Georgia Spa Co. First and most importantly, they got me exactly what I wanted within my budget. The delivery was smooth, they had everything they needed to plop my new tub on my back patio in a matter of minutes. I was supplied with all I needed to get in and soaking except the water. Good thing my garden hose had that covered. Yup, all of the chemicals, instructions, a cheat sheet and videos. They even provide support for the future if I need more help or change up my backyard. I'm so happy and completely stress free. Thanks Georgia Spa Company.

Wanted to give a big shout out of gratitude to Georgia Spa Company in Buford as well as our customer representative there, Jodi Martin. I always do extensive research before purchasing anything. I was first matched with Jodi and she answered so many questions I had prior to ever coming in to see the spas/hot tubs. I found Georgia Spa to be a higher price, however, I also have always found that you get exactly what you pay for. I needed a well respected company, a company with a lot of satisfied customers and reviews, a company that had in house warranty and repair, a company that had their own in house delivery service and a company that I felt comfortable would be there for me for any after delivery problems and for years down the road as this is a long term purchase.

Jodi and Georgia Spa Company and the delivery team went above and beyond my expectations. I've only had a few chemical questions as their start up paperwork and support is superb. I was able to get answers to my questions immediately. We enjoy our spa every night!

You may find a spa that is less, but nothing compares to Georgia Spa's total package! Thank you Georgia Spa!

We had a great experience here. We stopped in the Buford store and Cherry was very knowledgable and gave us a ton of information. She was honest about our concerns and told us good and bad. We wanted to see the one we were interested in so we had to visit the Athens store. There, Rich helped us and was super helpful! We are waiting on our delivery but they buying experience was top notch!

Update: They did cover it under warranty with a $70 warranty trip fee. Couldn't come any earlier than the 29th. Replaced the foam grip on the rail. The leak problem? They didn't tighten down one of the pipe fittings on the front panel and it was loose when it was at the manufacturer. Over the past year it's vibrated and loosened even more to where we were replacing water and chemicals every 2 days. Took him 2 seconds to tighten it. So something that was their fault on our dime.

So, we got a spa in November 2023 and we have really enjoyed it.
However, the Foam grip on the safe-T rail lasted less than 6 months and it started splitting and coming apart (it's under shelter and not in the sun) and it is now leaking after 14 months. We saw a small leak after install and they came out and said it was probably from us filling it up. Didn't even take the cover off and check. So it progressively got worse as time went on until one day water was puddling up around it. I called service and just a heads up it's $199.90 just for someone to come out and if it's not a quick fix and done in an hour they add additional parts and labor on top of that amount. It's 1/8/25 and the earliest appointment is 1/29/25. I never expected something that expensive to have problems so soon. A little disappointed to be honest. Hopefully it's not one of those "it's going to be a lot to fix so you should just trade it in" scenarios...
