First Impressions were awesome! However once you walked around and looked around you notice the issues. Tape on the couch seat. Stains on the first floor carpet. No shoe rule inside house but dirty carpets. Took disposable utensils and plates and alkkns but needed a spoon and a few were dirty. Upstairs the master bedroom was awesome but all other beds on the second floor are wobbly and can feel the mattress springs. Rooms are small and full size beds. One of the beds had a huge stain and immediately put in a wash. I wa told housekeeping diad it wasn't there before. We found it within hours of arriving what was I going to do to it. NO food upstairs rule was being followed. I called and contacted two people from the office and no response until nighttime. The office staff was friendly when I scheduled but hard to get a hold off during your visit. Limited lighting outside. Pool is dark as not all the lights work. The mini fridge outside does not work. The dine in table in the kitchen is too big and leaves little room for people walking in and out to the patio/pool. The sliding glass door is super heavy our teen girls and adults had a hard time opening and closing. Overall it was good experience a clean bathrooms. House needs some upgrades but overall okay. Good experience.
