Great coffee and food. It’s a small Latino/a business owned coffee shop!

They have a small kitchen, so be patient with your food order. We waited around 30 minutes.

We enjoyed our coffee and small talk while our food was made. The sandwiches were really good! We will be a returning customer.

Came on a Sat around 11am and it wasn't too busy. Waited maybe 20-30min total (ordering/pick up). I got the banana latte and the mushroom toast w prosciutto both 10/10 stellar!! 🤩 My husband tried the horchata latte with the breakfast sando both 10/10 as well! So happy to have something delicious that's close to home!! We're thinking of coming back tomorrow to try the other food and drinks we wanted 😅!

We had the chance to try the banana crème latte, and it was absolutely delicious! The café may be small, but it has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. I’m so glad we stopped by, the only downside is that we live too far away to visit more often.

Excellent black sesame latte. The espresso portion seems like a regular latte and then it’s topped with the black sesame cream foam. Great quality and customer service on point even though they were busy. Will happily return and look forward to trying some of their delicatessen sandwiches and another espresso drink. Thank you Galu!

I've passed this place on my way to work, omw to my kids daycare. Last week was my first time trying. I always ask for recommendations for a strong yet sweet coffee. The lady at the register told me that all their coffees are made with double shot espresso 😍🫶🏼 but if i wanted it stronger they had extra shots for 1.50. But honestly the best coffee shop near downtown chula vista.

The banana latte is the best thing ive had in a while!! Ive come by twice this week already! A must when coming here, plus all of the staff is awesome. This place is amazing!!

They just opened at the begining of the month and already making a name for themselves! The first time my wife and I came in to Galu we had the Banana Almond Butter Toast, it comes with a toasted bread as the base and it has ricota, almond butter, granola and bananas! The flavors are so good and the portions were very good size. The second Item we had was the Mushroom toast, it blew ot mind! the minimushtooms and the whole ricota base on the Sourdough comes thru so good! This was a great expirience, the place is small and quiant, they have really good drinks, they prepare their own syrups, and their creations are unique delicious, The first drink I had was the Oaxmocha, reminded me a Chocolate Abuelita with real good coffee, my wife had the Lemon, mint tonic (it has espresso (2) shots) and it was a surprise the espersso gives it a great strong flavor you have to be prepared for the hit that the coffe gives to the drink. I personally enjoy a mint lemon drink. Now add the coffe and you'll add another level of flavor. The prices were good, the qualty of the food was gourmet food at a great price. The Owner is a Chef and knows what to do! Eventhough the place is small what comes out of that kitchen is AMAZING! I am already recommending it to all my friends and family!

My wife and I came back again today Friday and tried the paistries. The paistries complement the coffee shop 100%
We love it and we will come back again, and again. Custmer service is super! they do take a little time to give you your order yet is worth it.
They have a little bit for the vegan, nut lover, coffe lover, desert lover, Croissants.
For parking the best way is to park in the street or on a parking structure. There are not handicap parking around you will have to park in the structure by the bank. They have a little bit for everyone! They Chef is super cool and all an all a 5 star review!!!
