Galaxy Banquet Hall, and it exceeded all expectations. The elegant decor set the perfect atmosphere, and the food was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes served across multiple courses. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—every detail was handled seamlessly, from refilling drinks to providing fresh plates. Evgenii (Zhenja) deserves a special mention for his kindness and attentiveness, making everyone feel truly cared for. It was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this venue.

We celebrated our wedding at Galaxy Banquets 2 weeks ago. Food was very delicious, atmosphere was great, servers were very attentive, polite and professional. The owner paid attention to all details and did everything that we asked for before the wedding. Everything was 10 out of 10. Highly recommend! We recently hosted an event at Galaxy Banquets Chicago, and everything was absolutely amazing! The venue itself is stunning, with a warm and elegant atmosphere that made our celebration feel so special. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations.

A special shoutout to our server, Christina, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was attentive, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire event. Her excellent service truly made the night even more enjoyable.

“Very Disappointing Experience”
I was really looking forward to celebrating birthday party at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and were dismissive when we had questions about the music . We were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers because of asking to stop ruining our celebration with the worst musical performances ever . It’s one thing to have a bad day, but the lack of professionalism of the manager was hard to overlook. The food was decent, but the attitude of the staff completely ruined the experience. I hope they work on their customer service, because as it stands, I won’t be coming back anytime soon. If you are looking for a great Ukrainian speaking place - I would definitely recommend Rose 11, where the staff genuinely cares about your experience….

Thank You Galaxy Banquets Chicago, for such amazing and unforgettable party. You made us feel special. Each detail was organized step by step and each piece of this event will remain in our memory forever. The food was the most delicious that I ever tried, everything was organised with stile and good taste. Thankfully to you we have unforgettable memories!
Absolutely recommend this restaurant for big or small events where you can have lots of joy, beautiful memories and spent quality time celebrating anything special.

I was invited here with my wife for a Christening party of my friend’s newborn.

Been here multiple times before as well.

This time we were taken care of by Zhenya and Marta. We felt truly cared for and their work ethic is top-notch.

Definitely recommend this place for any size celebration.

From small 20 guest birthday in a shared room setting to a small or large wedding or business event.

Hey guys. You food is delicious. Your waiters is a top level. You did a great job to remodel all entrie space.

But...

Please do something with your music band. I can't even imagine how they dare to keep singing for the empty dance floor.

They try to find most unknown songs of all around the world, it seems to me.

Look, Your music band - that's your atmosphere. They invite us to the dance floor and back to the tables.

Please find some time and check/verify all their playlist before they step up on the stage. If you're not believing me - please check your dance floor cameras and try to count how many times per night and how many people were on the floor.

Please always keep in mind, a waiters tips directly depend on the mood in which your guests leave the restaurant.

At this point 2 stars. Because I can't rate a place without the party atmosphere. You are not a cafe - you are a good restaurant with a nice chef, waiters and modern space.
