This was my first time trying Future nails, after scrolling through TikTok I came across their establishment. I live close to 30-35 min away but I’ve been really hoping to find a new place just like this.
When I first walked it it did look a bit chaotic, wish I could say they greeted me but they didn’t. I was seated pretty quickly which was nice, I was impressed with how many workers and working chairs they have available not many places do.
I did have to ask my technician about the drink that came with the service. I think that’s the only thing that was not great, I work customer service myself and I think although they are friendly I wish they were a bit more cheerful or even ask if I had questions and such.
Now the pedicure itself, was AMAZING! I did get the #5 which is the super deluxe. It was refreshing and soothing. I will be coming back and become a regular, it’s out of my way but i truly love a good pedicure.

Ive been coming here for quite some time but the last two times the no chip polish started chipping the next day after service. First time was to get a discount off nails but didn't get ... I called after it happened again - seeing that I drive quite a minute to get to them because I believe in loyalty. I was told I was going to get a call back from the manager but no call back. I'm given a three due to customer service and not wanting anything but for them to make sure their polish is up to date and good to use ... per review polish should be thrown out 2-3 months to keep the freshness of the polish intake and for hygiene -consistency. Hope they are able to see this and make adjustment for the betterment of clients
Orange was recently and second pic was next day. Black was two weeks ago and 4th pic the next day after. (Excuse the dry hands the weather has been brutal) . Got a pedicure- no chip as well and the polish didn't dry on one nail but it's ok ...

If I could give a -100 I would, but for the sake of the process…..So my friend suggested this nail shop and said they do her nails and have good smoothies. I don’t like going to new nails shops but I’m going to roll with it. They paired me with this unprofessional being. She polished my nails so thin, there was more white streaks than the color I picked. I asked her if she could do a thicker coat….This lady got an attitude. Told me my nails were ugly and when I walked in. The only reason I didn’t curse he out was because I didn’t want to be negative around my bestie. She started jerking my hand and everything. I’m so glad I held my composure. The only good thing about my experience was the smoothie. Got my nails done on March 6. On March 9th they started peeling. This is supposed to be gel. This is the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to.

My experience was great! I got a no chip French manicure and I love it. The nail salon was clean and very spacious. Cindy took care of me and she’s the absolute best. She took her time and did a great job of connecting with me. We talked the whole time! Felt like I was talking to a friend.

Nathan is an artist!!! he did an absolutely incredible job with my nails! He attention to detail is unmatched and i’m beyond happy with the results. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m so happy with my nails right now

My daughter booked for pedicures for the both of us. We were more than 15 min late due to traffic and they still accommodated us. They were very friendly and courteous. Rex and Kathy did a fenomenal job and the conversation was amazing. Highly recommend

I’ve been to this nail salon three times now, and every single visit has been a great experience. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always welcoming. I especially love the Volcano Pedicure—my feet come out looking and feeling absolutely beautiful every time. Not to mention you get a free coffee from the Wolf next door with any pedi.
