Deeelicious. Service and food were very quick. The cucumber crab salad is so good, enough for 2. I also liked the eel roll. Soup is included with your meal. I was grabbing a quick lunch but I'll have to try more soon.

Casual Japanese restaurant with basic interior, and exceptional food . I must give a big shout-out to the impressive sushi. The taste was immensely satisfying, especially the fried sushi, which I never expected. We requested cooked/fried meat instead of raw meat for all the various sushi’s.The chicken teriyaki was so different, unlike any I've had before; the color seemed like it wasn't fried well but surprisingly great like I went crazy over them—crispy and not too oily. I highly recommend chicken teriyaki with a Coke , a perfect combo. Even the kids will enjoy it. The complimentary corn soup was also a nice touch, with just the right amount of salt. One of the best Japanese foods in Memphis.

My Japanese cousin raved about the freshness of the sushi! My favorite is the shrimp tempura appetizer. If you order it watch a bowl of rice, it’s a meal!!

This was an awesome experience. Great Sushi, fantastic service and lovely atmosphere! We were 1 of 3 tables that had never been here and all of us agreed the food was incredible, portions were huge and prices were reasonable! Thank you for a lovely dinner and speedy, kind service!

Fuji cafe never failed me. I have been coming here since I was in high school. Probally one of best Japanese restaurants in Memphis and metropolitan area. Shout out to the waiter that help me out that day! Haha it is probably the most interesting encounter he ever experienced. We ordered a bunch of foods, paid before the foods came out and rush out in a hurry! The mackerel bento is so good! One negative aspect that I want to say is that they have too much imitation crabs in every sushi rolls. It was kinda overwhelmed the flavor and make the sushi rolls feel cheap.

This was my first visit to a sushi restaurant in Tennessee since our move here in 2022. My daughter was visiting from Oklahoma and I wanted to surprise her with sushi for lunch. Based on the Google reviews that I had read, I chose this restaurant over other local establishments.

We eached ordered lunch box specials and shared a Chili Roll and a Mississippi Roll. Although the lunch boxes were very good, the star of our dining experience was the Chili Roll. The salmon was out of this world. It honestly was the best roll that both she and I have ever had, anywhere.

We had both never tried crawfish before, and decided to share a Mississippi Roll. The speciality rolls are nice in size and honestly we did order too much for the two of us, however, one can never have too much sushi. Neither of us were impressed with the Mississippi Roll. We both figured that it must be an acquired taste.

The food was very fresh, the lunch boxes alone would definitely be filling (we actually didn't finish them as we wanted to try the specialty rolls).

The service and timelines of food preparation were both superb. We truly appreciated our dining experience.
