This place is what Whole Foods used to be when they were starting out. Creative, inovative, and specialized. They need to increase their selections though. Lots of wasted space for uneeded things. This place has so much more potential

This place is selling some of the oldest, nastiest produce I’ve ever seen. Either their distributor is pulling a fast one on them or they just are not knowledgeable at all about fresh produce. I know what organic fresh produce looks like and that is not it. I tried to notify an employee there, she basically defended the nasty produce and completely brushed the comments off and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was very polite by the way! I understand that we live in a cold climate where organic produce is probably pretty hard to come by but if you’re going to sell somebody a two month old turnip you better discount it. Definitely disappointed in how the store is being run.

I love this store and location! They are very friendly and plenty of staff on hand so no one is going unhelped. Everyone I have ever encountered here has been very knowledgeable and friendly. We love the smoothie bar (mean green is my favorite) and they’re always willing to custom make smoothies for you as well. I have a very picky daughter (thanks to allergies) and they have been nothin but amazing every time she goes in there to get a smoothie. They have a great selection and their prices are comparable.

I normally rave about this location. Love the people and this amazing store. However, when I went in today to get my regular drink from the juice bar after I got off work I saw that the sign said the bar was closed. I find this a little upsetting due to the fact that the bar was not supposed to close till 5:00pm today and I got there about 13 minutes before they closed. I understand that there is clean up and they don't want to be there any longer than they are supposed to. However, being in the work force and always going the extra mile and staying open past our closing time, and then going to another store and having them decline me when they were supposed to still be open was very aggrivating. Please fix this Fruitful yield. I love this store, and I want to continue getting my favorite drink here.

Today these guys earned a over the top rating! Did our Normal shopping for vitamins, teas, and some snack food. I wasn’t paying attention when we left- by the time we were home they had called to let us know we had left one of our bags there. “It will be at the front register with your name on it”. Customer service done great!

Whatever you do do not buy any sea moss from them. I have purchased two jars of my Moss from them, and I've gotten mold in each jar that was still over half full. And it was not even a month old

I don't do a lot of reviews, but now I must. A lady complained 5 months ago that the cashier rudely reached across the counter to push a button on the credit card machine. I will, not having seen the incident, defend the cashier. The credit card machine does this confusing thing which has caught me, and several other customers in front of me on a variety of occasions. The machine displays a "Welcome" screen while in the process of the transaction. Correcting the customers' (MY) errant responses is a real hassle for all involved. The cashier was just trying to save everyone in line a much longer wait. I frequently shop FY, especially now that I found fresh Shiitake mushrooms there, and have many nice things to say about several employees there, including the cashier who usually services me, and a floor associate named Pamela. Pam knows her stuff.
