We had my bridal shower here which was beautiful! Sadly it was raining so we had to move in inside but luckily the lobby area was bright enough to make it just as stunning. We catered in Avanti (Italian food) and it was delicious, the owner Tony is fantastic to work with!
My mother and father did their wedding pics here years ago so it was a full circle moment. If you plan to have a slideshow presentation on the TV screens in the lobby make sure it is saved as a PDF not PowerPoint.

My family hosted a private party here. The employee supervising and serving drinks was very friendly. The building was beautiful and perfect for the occasion. There were lots of areas to take gorgeous pictures and the facilities were very clean.

The most ridiculous thing we have ever experienced . We had to wait outside until exactly 12pm before we could bring anything in the building or for them to release the cart. We couldn't preload the cart. The person is in the venue literally watching us to not let us in until the exact minute. I have rented several venues in my life and have never been treated this way. Very disappointed

What a beautiful venue to host a small event! Came to a baby shower here and it was absolutely amazing. Guests were able to leave the venue and explore the conservatory. Bathrooms were located across the venue. Lots of ample parking spaces too

Fabulous place to hold our baby shower. The staff is more then accommodating and helpful with planning and staging the event. The venue is beautiful with three areas for guests: the hall, the outside terrace with running fountain, and conservatory. Our guests were extremely impressed with the venue and raved about it!

Such a beautiful venue for our wedding ceremony.
Yessica was such a pleasure to work with and the on site staff during the event was extremely helpful. Highly recommend for small sized events. The recent renovations also really brought the venue to life.

I would stay away from this venue unless you are having a child's birthday then you may be okay. Our point of contact was Mary Ann, and honestly so many issues with her. At first we thought everything was going well until she called me to go over everything so we did. Totally perfect. Then the next day she called me again to go over everything we went over the previous day...I questioned it as I did not want to waste another 30 minutes and she said she just wanted to make sure. Well clearly after two long conversations, the notes on our package were incorrect. We only had wine out at our venue and it was a struggle to convince that we chose wine and beer on consumption. We found out because one of our cousins said to us "I thought you said there was going to be beer " This cut time in our photography session because my fiance had to go back with the coordinator ( PS: THE COORDINATOR WAS AMAZING AND SO SWEET) to pick out the beers.

Then I get a call on the day of the event saying I didn't have high boys in my sketch and my decor company is asking for them. I don't understand why this was not brought up on the two long conversations we had that I did not include high boys ion my layout..it's the venues job to ask these questions. I had 3 venue for my wedding events and these are the questions they ask to make sure. Also I let her know in person I wanted 4 high boys but it was not noted. This was a whole Convo as we talked about table draping and bow ties on the high boys.

Next on the day of the event my decor company got there early and yes that is their fault. However they did not start decorating, they were just unloading and they blocked some of the spots the conservatory needed. Instead of asking them to move and an hour later they called saying the decor company arrived an hour earlier and now I will need to be charged for that hour. Instead of calling me in advance they just let it go so they could charge me. When I asked why did no one call me I rudely got the response " We did not hire them and what am I supposed to tell them when they are unloading" Lady I am sorry. This is YOUR venue, you don't get to charge just to charge. You call the client. No where did it say in the contract that they could not unload, they just could not decorate.

Lastly, there was a candle spill that happened with wax on the ground and I got charged another $200 for that. I get that was the decor company fault, but I could not even charge the decor company as they have a 48 hour policy if there was an issue. They let me know about the spill 4 days later. At that point it should have not been our responsibility.

All and all if you are having a big event here yes the conservatory and venue is beautiful, but they did just renovate and at this point it seemed liked they were just trying to make money out of us and just have very POOR communication and note taking skills.

South Asian brides if you plan to do a pre-wedding event here...STAY AWAY.
