I feel like I’ve been coming here for two years now for sure, but maybe more? Can’t believe I haven’t tried more than I have but I should! Lana is my favorite person. She is so incredibly kind and amaaaazing at her job. Seriously, she’s got magic hands. After my first time here I had to bring my mom to her and gift several people a massage with her as well. They’ve all loved her. She makes you feel so comfortable! Truly. Deep tissue massage is my favorite. I’ve also done cupping. If you arrive early enough, you can get changed and drink water or tea and read a book while you wait. Such a relaxing time. Overall, a great experience. I always feel amazing when I leave! Thank you all so much.

I can only speak to the float services, but I had a great experience. Courtney (sp?) was so personable and kind, they knew I've been floating for over a decade so didn't need to review all the details but was helpful nonetheless. The float cabin was massive which I love. Spa was clean, only thing I will share is bring your own comb/brush along as they don't have sterile hair tools. I will be back for certain!

My first time going here for their float option and it was amazing. Since it was my first time, they explained everything I needed to do before going in and it was not complicated. I don't recommend going in with small cuts though because the water is filled with salt.

The sauna/cold plunge experience for 2 was absolutely invigorating; loved the physical benefits but also felt mentally refreshed and pretty empowered after 3 rounds in 45 degree water. Followed this with a lymphatic massage and Lilly was an absolute master. It wasn't always comfortable but what an incredible way to physically detox - definitely making this part of my regular wellness routine.

Infrared sauna and float tank were awesome! Great experience with my significantly other. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be booking another session soon

Today was my first time doing float therapy. Probably the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. Staff was super nice, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately I wasn’t really able to get any pictures, I was too intrigued. The float literally felt like how I imagine it would feel like to be flying through space, I was literally exploring galaxies at one point. It was so dark in there that at one point, I almost couldn’t tell if my eyes were open or closed. The room also had some starlights and relaxing music to get into the full effect little by little. There were 3 buttons on the inside, one for the main light, second one for the starlights, and lastly one for the music.

I also experienced the Hot and Cold therapy. Mostly just hot because the cold plunge was wayyyy too cold for me. As soon as I dipped my foot in the water, I couldn’t feel it. 😭

Other than that, super good experience!

Wow this was amazing. From start to the beauty bar at the end. The staff was amazing making this a must go to spot. Will make sure to come back next time I’m in town.
