Not once has it been less than a 5star experience! Staff has always greeted us happily, with a smile and kindness beyond belief. They are especially nice to our kids and that obviously counts for a lot!!!! The boys absolutely love coming here because they feel welcomed and the food is absolutely yummy and then dessert!!! We have celebrated several milestones here (bday, good grades, athletic success) and staff has gone out of their way to Acknowledge our accomplishments. Heidi is amazing!! Always takes times to greet us with a smile and add a like conversation

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Freddy’s in Romeoville!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent visit to Freddy’s in Romeoville for my mom’s 64th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and filled with incredible energy. The restaurant was spotless, the food was fresh and delicious, and the entire staff made us feel like family—but the real star of the night was manager Heidi.

Heidi went above and beyond to make sure my mom’s birthday was extra special. She greeted us with the biggest smile, checked in on us multiple times, and even arranged a sweet surprise for my mom that made her day truly unforgettable. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. You can tell she takes immense pride in her work and genuinely loves making people happy.

The entire team at Freddy’s was phenomenal, ensuring our food was perfect and even sharing in the celebration with us. The attention to detail and customer service at this location are simply next level.

If you’re looking for incredible food, top-tier service, and a place that truly values its customers, look no further than Freddy’s in Romeoville. Huge thanks to Heidi and the amazing staff for making this birthday celebration one we’ll never forget! We will absolutely be back again and again!

Delicious and Satisfying!
I recently tried Freddy’s and I am thoroughly impressed! The flavor is rich and well-balanced, making it the perfect choice for any meal. The picture below is a large onion ring order..very disappointing, it also took way longer that it should considering there was only one other car in front of me. Save your money and avoid the disappointment, anywhere else but Freddys.

This was my first time in a while that I had come to Freddy's, and it did not disappoint! I was greatly satisfied with my time here. Overall it is a clean place and they have very good food for a fast food restaurant. I ordered their crispy chicken club, and my mom ordered a steak burger. It was all fresh and hot. Also, they have very good frozen custard here! 😊

The last three times I was here, all in 2025, there were no cars in the drive thru and almost an empty parking lot. All three times I waited for 10 minutes or more. This last time, all I got was a shake. I asked the young girl why it takes so long every time I’m here and she was like a deer in headlights and nervously laughed and said I don’t know. The food is nothing to write home about. Greasy and overpriced and smaller portions. If the shakes weren’t so darn good, I’d avoid the place at all cost. Sorry, but the Freddy’s up north off route 12 blows away this establishment.

There can be two cars in the drive through and you still have to wait 35 minutes for your order. Not only is the burger the saddest thing I have ever seen, but I ordered a double and they can’t even get that right.

If I could give negative stars I WOULD!!!! You guys gave me food poisoning yuck 🤮🤮. I knew why I hadn’t ate Freddy’s in over five years. So my husband and I got the prime rib burger! NEVER AGAIN glad he didn’t eat his burger and ate the hotdog first instead or he would have too been sick! The lies they have in there working plays all through the intercom just loud and ghetto! I knew it when we sat in the drive through for 10minutes to receive cold fries. My husband pulled right around to the door only for them to give more half hit fries. The board of health needs to shut this place down!!! 🤮🤮🤮 I was sick for two days. Vomiting and excessive diarrhea UNBELIEVABLE. Now I see why I ate it five years ago( not this location) and never wanted to try it again until a few days ago. 53 for some food that made me sick. SHUT IT DOWN
