Never been before got a flyer in the mail. They were dead but out bartender Anneliese was there to make us some delicious cocktails and make the place feel lively I know you always feel like you like your bartender but she talks to you like shes known you for 10 years! This place does not deserve to be be dead they focus on guest comfort so much! They always make sure you're happy and try their best! Loved it here good cocktails, over the top service and insanely comfy bar chairs. 10/10.

I stopped in for dinner. The restaurant is functional and utilitarian. They were having problems with the sound system but seemed to have gotten it under control, though loud for me.
There is plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant.
The menu is easy to read with appetizing pictures illustrating various meals.
Our server was sweet and helpful when we asked for suggestions.
The drink menu had several items I hope to try on another day.
My daughter loved the shrimp tacos, but noted they were a bit spicy for her. The coleslaw helped quench that!

Our server, Brittany was very pleasant and efficient.
They had a raffle every 15 minutes even tho we didnt win it was fun as it was my birthday celebration and i really was craving wings- they were tasty. We got the Michele's Buffalo dip- it was awesome. I was out of town in December so i missed most of all the grand opening celebrations and wanted to be welcoming to our town of Carol Stream😃 all the best. I didnt think of taking pictures of our dessert until it was half gone- but both the brownie- presentation was elegant and the caramel apple pie was warm.

Made a group reservation and everything was all set when we arrived. There were about 16 of us and they accomodated seperate checks. Bradley was our server and he was a super star.

I heard all the food was delicious. I had the shrimp tacos and they were a flavor explosion. Simply 😋 delicious.

Annalise is amazing she has a wonderful demeanor and personality she had me laughing the whole night and don’t get me started on the manger he is AMAZING he’s a wonderful man he has humor too and you see him pretty often impeccable. I went again Kristen , Riley. And. Katilyn were AMAZING I mean I would give them 10 stars if I could I love them such a welcoming place

Order after order wrong. We're still smiling 😁
Being a restaurant worker for decades, there's room for massive improvement.
I've never in my life been to an establishment that the patron is shamed for locations mishaps.
Wrote them directly for a resolution and was given a response of don't come here anymore. Last straw was the general manager claiming we caused hardship for employees on our first visit. I WISH we had the girl from Arizona again. We had a great time and tipped 50%. This is why we came back!

Sucks that a new neighborhood location thrives on gaslighting patrons. Peace out Fozzy's. You clearly can not factor accountability into your mission.

Back to corporate establishments we go. If you see more than 20 patrons inside. Just leave. They can't handle it
Tried to make nice by directing my concern w the website. Even worse communication than I expected. I claimed to them that I do not want to visit again. Then was told maybe I should visit a "bar" that suits me better, and don't come back because we heard you were an issue before. Um, you're in the service industry, we also are, we came back because of the gal that helped us the first visit.

We came for food and a drink, not to get hammerd and care about a free beer in replacement for 50 minutes for traditional wings.

Not sure if anyone except the wonderful barback has ever worked at a restaurant. Maybe his name was Shawn? Please put him in control of everything. He genuinely cared and helped with lack of communication.

This spot is hot🔥🔥 The atmosphere is a vibe all by itself, I noticed the super comfy chairs at the bar as soon as I walked in the door! Really nice decor too, I legit saw some things I would put in ny mancave lol

The bartender Anneliese was a doll she was very friendly and poured drinks to perfection!! Oh and the avocado tacos was a first for me 😋 on point.

Great atmosphere and wonderful staff! The food was amazing as well! You must try the shrimp tacos! The best around! We will definitely back!
