I had the pleasure of getting to know my Grandma’s caregiver over the years during my regular calls with my Grandma’s. I loved hearing how excited my Grandma was when telling me about all the things they did together. Angie took the time to get to know my Grandma and recognized she was a social person and planned outings around that. I have come to think of her as an Auntie now because she cares as much as we do about my Grandma. I wish every town and city in the US had this wonderful team of people to help care for those who need it! Thank you so so much for going above and beyond for my Grandma and so many others in the community.

Fox valley community services does a great job in entertaining, educating, loving, and sharing great fellowship amongst its employees, patients, care givers, coordinators, etc.
It is certainly not a boring place. It seems or appears to be a place of growth. Seeds can here to grow, bloom, regrow, and multiply.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, kept very clean and nicely appointed. The holiday decorations are absolutely gorgeous but it might be nice to have some brown angels and Santas too. Representation is really important for everyone to feel welcome.

FVCS offer so many activities, classes and opportunities too. It's a great service to have in the far west community!

I need rides to get to my physical therapy appts. I spoke with Marty who informed me that I needed to fill out an application. He mailed it to me & I filled it out & returned. My first ride was Tues 10-19 no complaints. Spoke w Nick who set up my rides. Both gentlemen were very nice & answered my questions. Thank you both for assisting me in getting where I need to go.

I've called and have been helped by FVOAS on a number of occasions. (My father struggled with dementia. My mother was a full time caregiver and we needed more support, whether it was Meals on Wheels or in-home support)

Everyone I spoke/coordinated with was genuinely kind and VERY helpful during many critical times. The cherry on top was them managing to find us overnight support on short notice at the beginning of the Thanksgiving weekend during the covid.

If you need help, they were great to my family and I. Thank you to everyone who works there!

EDIT: My mother now visits the senior program there every day for a cheap lunch, exercise, card games, bingo, and more. She's having the time of her life, so I thank FVCS again!

The place for older folks to be active. Eat freshly made breakfast and lunch. Special care for those in need. They do a great job for the pennies they receive.
