I have been going to Fox River Spa since shortly after we moved here and Julie opened. And everyone I have met there has been wonderful. Today I had an incredible massage with Lori. She is kind, attentive and because of her work today…I have gained more range of motion in my arm and my hip. I could not be more grateful! Everyone I met was just delightful. Amber did an amazing job on my facial. When I asked for her input on my future skincare, she told me about the available treatments and products without any hard sell. I truly appreciated that. The other women I talked to were friendly and knowledgeable.

I came to Fox River because I had been given a gift certificate. I have tried two other med spas in the area. Fox River is by far the best of the three. Because of the excellent service, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere, I actually purchased a membership.

The best first experience I could ever have. Their staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are very comforting for someone like me who is wimpy and afraid of needles. My injector Brianne was patient, precise, and gentle. I’m obsessed with the job she did and cannot wait to come back! If you haven’t seen Brianne yet for aesthetics, what are you waiting for ❤️

The entire experience was easy, wonderful and welcoming. Reception was helpful and efficient. Nurse Nicole was wonderful - talked through what options I had and the best recommendation based on my needs. The spa lounge area was cozy and very relaxing. I'll definitely be back!

The owner Julie is super nice. The spa is clean and creatively set up with the art and couches. Dava always does an awesome job doing my lash lifts. The staff always asks if I want water or something to drink. It's a great place. I’ve been coming here for ten years now and they are consistently upgrading and adding services.

Best massage my husband and I have ever had. Marisol has given me 2 prenatal massages and they were absolutely incredible!!! Theresa gave my husband an athlete’s massage and he was also sooo impressed. We will 100000% be going back multiple times!! The staff and vibe there are absolutely perfect, everyone is so friendly. Owner Julie is hands down the absolute sweetest person you’ll ever meet! While she used to give the most amazing massages (and trust me, they’re the best), she’s now fully booked. Thankfully, Alex is there with magic hands that work wonders. And if you’re dealing with pain, Nurse Michelle is fantastic at managing it in a non-opioid, way with Trigger Point Injections, Stim Therpay & much more!

Dr. Steve has been a lifesaver, especially after my car accident. His expert adjustments have helped me heal tremendously. And you’ll be in great hands with Case Manager Courtney, who is so loving and kind. She not only works with you through every step of treatment but also checks up on you afterward. But I can’t forget Leslie. She’s is amazing too, helping with those tight traps and ensuring your schedule is perfectly suited to your needs.

What sets Fox River MedSpa apart is how they make you feel like family. Even after your treatment ends, they still care and check in on you. This place is warm, inviting, and full of people who genuinely want to see you well. Highly recommend!
