The couples massage we received was the BEST we ever had! Deep tissue, hot stones was excellent unfortunately asking for payment before the massage was very unusual and adding an additional cost for using a cc without explanation was unfortunate. Then trying to upsell us more time during the massage was annoying. Once we got out, the aggressive and pestering ask for tip was a complete turnoff. We are normally big tippers especially when the service is good but they were very aggressive and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately even though it was an amazing massage, we will not be back!

I asked for a foot massage and somehow I received a full body massage? Communication here is absolutely horrible! They try and upsell you as they appear to be like desperate vultures! My wife and I had to pre pay and then they absolutely DEMANDED A TIP I told them I will choose to tip or not after the massage! The massage itself was fantastic but everything else was pure hell. These people need to understand and respect the culture. After the massage they began DEMANDING that we give them a huge tip. I said no and they began raising their voices but I never understood what they were saying! We originally had planned to go back but there's absolutely no chance that will ever happen. A massage is supposed to relax and destress you but this one almost gave me a heart attack! These people have absolutely no morals, ethics or manners! Please don't come here unless you like to fight and scream just to get outside the door!

I went with my mom and sister and we had such a great time! The staff here are incredibly kind and accommodating and the owner Joy was so sweet and helped me out with my shoulder and back pain. The staff were knowledgeable and were very receptive to our needs, I can finally move my arms behind my head with no pain again! I recommend this place wholeheartedly and am very grateful for the wonderful experience we had here.

Great place to go for relaxation! All employees are professional and skillful. They have a pain relief oil that helps a lot on my back pain. Joy was really nice and friendly. She kindly ask about my concerns and she focused on my back for over 30mins. After the massage, she was asking about my back pain and showed great attentions to her customers. I am recommending this place if you have some high stress works or some muscle pain. BTW, this massage store was the best Massage store at Palm desert during 2023! Congratulations!!!

Had booked a couples massage online. Once we got there, our appointment didnt appear for the lady up front. She was very nice and polite. She did tell us that they could not accomodate us and offered to reschedule another day. Although we could not make another day, it was a bit frustrating that we could not have our massage depite booking in advance. Seemed that they dont have a great booking system.

I recently visited Four Seasons Massage and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The therapist did an amazing job relieving my back pain, which has been a persistent issue due to my 9-5 office job. And the special herbal oil they used was both effective and wonderfully soothing. I really appreciated the relief it provided. The relaxing scent of the oil added to the overall experience! Would highly recommend.

Best massage experience I’ve ever had so far. I always suffer shoulder pain after a long day of work; at four season massage they use some special kind of herbal oil that healed my shoulder pain. Their herbal oil has some unique scent that makes me relax.
