Budget friendly hotel with spacious rooms very close to San Francisco Premium Outlets. The hotel seems to have been renovated, the washroom remain outdated but functional. Beware the hotel is composed of many individual buildings with no indoor connections, there is also no elevators. So if you are on 2nd floor you will need to carry your luggage for 1 flight of stairs. They offer complementary coffee & tea in the morning but there is no breakfast facility.

Rooms are much better since the recent remodel, grounds are pretty… but they have some kinda issue with housekeeping or something. They hardly ever have rooms available at check in time. Housekeeping will be knocking on your door at 8am.. not sure why by 3pm in the afternoon they don’t have a single clean room available for check in, but I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel. When asked for an estimate of when the rooms might be ready for check in.. the front desk says 🤷🏼‍♀️ no idea. lol kinda ridiculous

This hotel is in a wonderful location and although not necessarily new is clean for its age. House keeping is also wonderful. With that being said their customer service is POOR. While I did have an unforeseen situation at the last minute that I needed to extend my room for 1 day. I called the front desk from my room and no 1 answered. I then went to the front desk & no 1 was there. So I figured I would double back and no was there again. I decided to triple back and no one was there again. Due to the inconvenience I decided to take another route and simply extend over the phone as I was running low on time . After a 6 hour window went by I was finally able to get someone on the phone. The individual stated I will give you a call back in 30 min to 1 hour. 2 hours went by and nothing, so I called back. The conclusion was a rate that was elevated due to hotel being sold out. As I understand it’s a business and how businesses works BUT. As an ambassador elite and with 275+ nights a year in Marriot hotels I’ve never experienced poor customer service with no accommodations. Had my calls and or front desk trips not been done in vain I may not have been charged this elevated rate. Might I also add I’m with a work crew of 5 individuals that also have rooms here that would contribute to this hotels “normal occupancy rate” for the next few years. Customer service is very poor for a marriot hotel. “NOTICE HOW MANY LOW STARS ARE GIVEN FOR SERVICE. “

Wonderful staff and nice wrap around balcony for our room. Unfortunately there is no elevator, at least where we had a room block, and although there were many pillows in the bed, they were all very puffy so challenging to sleep on. Still, lots of grass area and the water features made this a great stay. Also very walkable to a lot of restaurants!

The lobby is nice, the grounds are well kept and scenic. The room was nice. The only dislike was that I called the front desk to ask for toiletry that I had forgotten to pack. They said, "Sure thing, but you have to come and get it." No problem, beggars can't be choosers, right? So we walk to the lobby, in the 49 degree weather, just to get there and they tell me, "Oh, we can't find any, we'll look and bring it to your room." Y'all, I've been home for month since then, still waiting. Lol. Overall, cool, but that cost them a couple stars for me. It was the walk in the cold that made it so bad.

Stayed here a week for work. Everyone who works here are very nice. Great location near the freeway but no noise. Close to every type of restaurant or fast food or supermarket. It has a nice pool. No on site food, but free coffee every morning in the lobby.
Room was really big, bigger than my airbnb I stayed at the week before.
Comes with small microwave and fridge. The A/C works great especially in 100 degree heat which lasted all week.

They charge $150 nonrefundable fee for pets. It was not obvious when booking, you have to specifically look through their policies. We got to the hotel and they wanted to charge us the pet fee which was more money than the actual room price. We had to cancel our stay and scramble to look for another place to stay that same night. Overall very stressful experience. I would understand if it were a refundable deposit, but a nonrefundable fee that is more expensive that the room itself is ridiculous. Especially when our pet was a paralyzed cat who can't even walk, let alone mess up a room. We ended up staying at Best Western who only charges a $35 pet fee.

Such a one-of-a-kind unique property, I ABSOLUTELY love it! I have been staying here a few times a year for a few years. The courtyard area and creek feature sold me on my first stay years ago, but the location was definitely aged. I remember thinking, man this would be a great investment for someone to renovate, it has such amazing potential.

Well, last week I stayed again after some time away, and they have now done a good bit of reno, and the property looks GREAT! Good job all, can't wait to stay again soon!
