nice location if you are flying. but the rooms are disgusting. if you want housekeeping services, make sure you are constantly going to the front desk to request this otherwise they won't come. been here 2 weeks and have only had them come 2 times. i don't have time to remind people to do their jobs. the walls are disgusting. when you come in the lobby it just looks like a motel 8 with makeup on. oh and only one phone out of the 2 phones in your room will work so have fun figuring out which is which. honestly regret booking this hotel, hotel is worth $45 a night. but hey at least the ac and heat worked in the room i guess. i'd rather stay in my car than come here ever again. just book at motel 8 if it's between this hotel and that. the knights inn is probably better in all honesty.

This was the worst experience I have ever experienced with Marriott. The hotel staff guy argued with me about booking the wrong room rate when I have used this rate numerous times. I have never had an issue with it. I had to call my mom, who works for Marriott, and he argued with her.

After 15 mins of waiting and traveling all night to get here so we could catch a flight the next day, he admitted he was wrong. Our room bathroom was dirty. The door looked as if someone kicked it in, and the toliet wasn't that clean. I always bring cleaner and spray and had to clean it. The shower handle fell off while trying to cut it off. There needs to be more up training at this hotel. The location was great.

Their customer service was terrible. I wish i could go lower than a one star. I booked with them for 3 nights and my itinerary literally says 3 nights. A week after I left they charged me for an extra day. They questioned me before I checked out and I literally showed them my itinerary and they said they will take care of it because for some reason on their computer they only got paid for 2 days. Again before I left I showed them the booking and everything was good. They said they will give me a refund and that was 3 weeks ago. Every week I call they say tell me it’s being processed. Still no resolution to my problem. They keep giving me the run around every week

Needed a last minute hotel and staff was very accommodating and friendly. Hotel was quiet and peaceful, also very clean, inviting, and pleasant. I had a long night out after booking and front desk was kind enough to allow me another hour before checkout the next morning (checkout is normally 11am and they gave me until 12) Definitely would stay here again if in the area

My experience at that hotel: dirty bedrooms and bathrooms. They don't change the sheets, they don't remove the stains from the bathrooms, and it also smells bad. The front desk service is terrible from those gentlemen. Stay away from that hotel while those managers continue to operate. In the two days I spent there, I saw everything: two female chambermaids coming in and out of the bedroom.

The negative reviews are partially accurate. The hotel is not very well maintained or cleaned. But for one night it was ok.

It was a clean hotel. The pool is small and a bit dark. The food options are on demand and you typically order with the front desk. It works, but it's a bit strange. We had breakfast. It was ok.

AVOID THIS DUMP! The front desk ladies were very nice, but aside from that this place was honestly the worst hotel I have ever been to. We were first given a room that had a super old air purifier inside it and smelled like someone had recently died in the room along with a medieval torture style bathroom. We went back to up the front desk to ask for another room and were given a room with two queen beds that smelled slightly better but not by much. The bathroom was slightly more updated but still disgusting and had not been cleaned. The toilet and shower were both broken to some degree. The worst part however was when we found a used cock ring in one of the two beds. We ended up checking out early to go stay at another hotel which was way nicer and the same price.
