By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed out! The staff, rooms, and everything was astonishing. We had to leave this hotel for a night and stay at another closer to where we traveled to and it was a horrible experience. We loved this hotel so much that we came back a second time. It was also so quiet you could barely tell that you were in a hotel room! The rooms were so spacious my family of 4 were very comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Arizona!!

The service was nice. The rooms smelled awful. Like new floors were off-gassing or chemical cleaning agents, maybe pesticides? The windows did not open so we could not air out the room. The tiles in the shower were marked with pencil or something, measurements. Very low-rent of the installer to leave marks on the tile. And even worse that housekeeping didn’t notice either. We only stayed one night so I didn’t bring it up. Bed was super uncomfortable . Staff was busy each time I approached the front desk. Good location. Probably won’t come back to this hotel. We come here often from Northern Az.

This was a convenient, clean, friendly and affordable hotel that met my weekend needs. BUT, it was the noisiest place I've tried to sleep in since I rented a hotel room in France under a bowling alley. |The AC unit was massive and kept me comfortable but sounded like 737 Max at takeoff. Plus, the small fridge was also making a racket so much so, they downed out the TV. I liked the new decor, the big shower and the sparkling clean pool. The management needs to supply ear plugs as an amenity.

Positive: Bed very comfortable. Good layout and HVAC Negative: Front desk clerk locked us out for noon late check out. NO housekeeping working yet. Cheaply done remodel falling apart. Paid for tub did not get Overall not coming back. We r building hm so will b back monthly

Room extra clean. Everything worked. The room was large always upgrated if available. The beds are very comfortable with comfortable pillows. |The shower water is always hot! It's always been quiet.|I'm a female solo traveler good area and feel secure. Close to Mayo clinics.

Had a wonderful day vacation with my wife at this hotel and it was amazing . The suite was very modern in appliances and decor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.one night stay in the beautiful suite was not expensive at all but quality time with my wife was priceless

The town was great and the location was fantastic, right across from the lake. Unfortunately we awoke in the middle of the night to ants biting us in the bed. We saw that there were ants all throughout the room, on the floors, counters and bathroom. The next morning the only thing the front desk would offer us was a can of spray, not only did sleeping in the same room we sprayed bug spray in sound dumb, but this was the only solution they would offer us and it even sounded like this had happened to them before. Extremely disappointed in their service.

We checked in early Sunday evening. After arrival, two hours later, my wife discovered feces on the lid and sides of our toilet. Very unhealthy and disgusting. We notified Jason, the overnight desk clerk. He showed no signs of caring and dismissed our concerns. The next morning, we talked to the General Manager lady upon checkout. She also seemed uncaring and indignant. She basically said it was our fault for not requesting a different room. They never offered to move us. This place is a health hazard and management doesn't care. Never go here, you may wind up with a disease or at best, a horrible experience.
