First time using this spot. We loved Kathy! She is hilarious and took great care of me. She is super knowledgeable about nails, and is opinionated, but did exactly what I asked for. She took pictures as she did my nails. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Got a full set yesterday. She gave me exactly what I asked for, even asked me over and over to make sure it was really what I wanted. I loved the service. She was super nice! And she did an amazing job.

Nails came off in 2 days. Paid 48$ for regular acrylic nails (full set) and they didn’t have gel. She doesn’t want to shape them the way you want, or give you what you want. So we compromised on my nails. Who does that? She was nice enough but I’m not down to pay 48$ not including the tip for nails that come off in 2 days. Especially when it says it costs 35$ for a full set on her price list. I will never go back here. Rainsville nails is the only place worth going

Went with my cousin here. Kathy was amazingly nice buy she didn't want to use the nail colors we asked for.. or the length we asked for... or the shape we wanted....it was all whar SHE wanted.. also she used cheap regular nail polish that chipped the next day. We had full on acrylic nail sets (cost me $110 with tip for the 2 of us) and not even 3-4 days later the nails came off. Now at the end of the first week ALL the nails are gone. She did nail art stickers that looked cute at first but the more they settled the more you could see the plastic outline and they looked generic and cheap.. love her personality but we will never go back!

So my friend and I were going to get pedicures and I picked out a dark blue and the lady straight up wouldn't do it because I didn't have the right skin tone do that color. So she told me to go pick something else out. So when I went to the wall to pick out something else she was like OMG pick another color! Not that hard!

Went to get a pedicure with my friend and was greeted by such a rude attitude from the nail tech. She didn’t want to even assist us from the very beginning! She refused the color my friend picked out because she said it wasn’t right for her skin tone.When my friend went to go pick out another color she said “ OMG so many colors, it is not that hard to pick out one!”
So rude and unprofessional!

I had a fill in done because the last place I had went was closed and I had broken two nails. She insisted rounded nails were better than pointed. So that's how she did them even though I wanted points, there are bubbles in them and she told me that the color I wanted was bland and boring! I will personally never go back even if all my nails break off before I can get an appointment somewhere else!!

Have had several local people do my nails and they gob on the gel nail polish so they look so thick. She doesn't use gel which is fine with me. She likes to help pick a color that goes with your skin and shapes my nails exactly how I like them!
