On the first day of our move in, we smelled gas coming from inside the house. The management office was quick to respond and called the local fire department to come test the area. Ended up just being a small leak behind the stove, which they fixed.

Very run down center. The building looks well kept, but the interior equipment is falling apart, work out machines are broken, pool table is a wreck, missing remotes for the game room games. The staff is nice, they keep it clean, but the equipment hadn't been changed, or up kept, since the Civil War.

With the amount of money that this company makes to run our housing, they could invest in about 8 more umbrellas for the pool deck. With the general weather in south Alabama, it would be nice if they kept more of the pools open later and earlier in the seasons.

Stay away from the newly remodeled homes. Cheap and very small. Not worth what you give for BAH!
