I have stayed at Forest Villas several times in the last 4 years. Each visit has been lovely. The rooms are clean and spacious and this time the bathrooms have been remodeled and were great. Love the gas fireplaces outside, the private balconies, and the sheer beauty and decor. Please keep the charm of the main lobby and livingroom. It is a great place to meet my sisters in the evening. Classy and classic (and pet friendly too)

Forest villas was a beautiful experience. I want to take a moment to thank everybody for making mine and my boyfriend's stay a memorable pleasant experience. We met a lot of nice people that work there and also a lot of nice people that stayed there a beautiful quiet atmosphere. The fountain in the front was very pretty and had very nice lighting. The pool is very nice clean and the temperature was on point. The jacuzzi was nice as well, we met a lot of good people last weekend. The highlight of my stay there was being in the pool at night and having an owl fly directly over us. Teresa was very nice and Bob was very nice they went out of their way to make us very comfortable. All the girls at the front desk went out of their way to help and keep everybody comfortable and it just feels like you're at home. The rooms we're nice I think I understand why they don't want microwaves in the rooms but you are able to go downstairs and heat up food if you need to the breakfast was good and better than any breakfast I've ever had at any hotel in the past they also give you a variety of things to choose from which I think deserves five stars. The pillows were great I would love to know exactly what type of pillows they are so I can order some for myself. All in all me and my boyfriend had a beautiful time and thank you for his villas for the great memories I hope to visit again soon.? Laura and Javier.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The grounds were beautiful. The poool and hot tub are perfect. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The front desk folk were so kind and helpful. The location is nice since you’re less than 10 min to downtown but out of the hustle. We would love to come back here!

Quaint. Quiet. Clean. Very attentive staff. Friendly. Central
Location to all I needed. Great Bfast included. Hot tub and pool w perfect temperatures. Inside and outdoor relaxing spots w an evening gas fire .Unique, classy decor. The lobby plants are exceptional. Access to Wine bar in the lobby. Warm
Cookies baked for us while we waited for our room and happily provided early check in. Privately owned, no corporate feel. Older but fully remodeled. These owners should be proud of their staff and grounds. We will be back .

This is a beautiful hotel that has a quaint old time feel. The pictures on the website caused me to book there, and I am so glad I did.
Their breakfast was good and eating by the fire was so relaxing. They even have a game nook with several games provided!

Location was great to easily get to PV or downtown Prescott in just a few minutes.

I stayed here a couple months ago and its taken me this long to form my review. Upon walking in the front door I could smell mold and cleaning supplies. However I couldn't find anything clean. First room I checked into was very dirty and the back door was left open with a stick. After some back and forth, I was moved rooms. Second room smelled like cover up perfume and it was also dirty and not worth the insane price. I went to do some looking around and the only nice and clean room I sa3w was the largest room on the premises. The parking was a nightmare because half of the hotel was in the parking garage. I finally decided to go across the street to a different hotel and that was a headache as well. By the time I made this decision, I had been at the hotel for two hours, and had two different dirty rooms, and was just over it. I will say the woman at the front desk (not the manager) was wonderful and really tried to help me. After requesting a refund, she had to call her manager for approval. I heard the manager say my reasoning wasn't good enough and that she wasn't going to drive to the hotel just for that. So, the woman wrote me a coupon for another stay (which i said I didn't want), gave me my receipt and I left. Since the manager was a piece of work, I made sure to dispute the charge with my bank and was able to get the refund she didn't want to issue. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Oh, I forgot to mention, don't eat the food. If you do, make sure you take a really good look at the food prep area, when I stayed it was disgusting and looked like it got cleaned once or twice a year. My friends staying in another room. Ended up eating at my hotel instead because they almost vomited after seeing it. Save yourself the hassle and money and pick another hotel there. I honestly can't believe this place is even still open.

We stay here once every other month or so when we come to town for errands/costco etc. location is very convenient. Lobby and its amenities is always nice (beer, wine, cookies, breakfast…)
On our last visit 12/2024, housekeeping dropped the ball. Previous guest used the in-room coffee maker; it was not cleaned out. A sticky, candy-like substance was on the top of the nightstand. While I brought this to the attention of staff, the only thing done was to say ‘Sorry’.

Rooms are great with a balcony, no microwave but can use the one in the lobby. The desk clerk a pretty blonde, didn't get her name, made us feel welcome and took of our request immediately. Stayed on a Monday was busy, enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool in October! Great coffee ☕ and breakfast all inclusive price $120.00, thanks again to the awesome staff we'll stay again ?
