Second time going to this place. Got a couples massage both times. Massage was good. Service was good. Both times my partner and i had different people doing the service. However, today (which is our second time) something unsual happened in which i did not like as a customer. Once we paid our service, we were obligated to leave tip. Now the issue wasn't the tip part (we were going to leave it anyway) the issue was the way we were approached about it. The person that did the charge for the service was not the person that did our massages. We wanted to give the tip personally to the people that did our service, they did not bother on coming out and my partner and i left. Once we walked out of the place the person that charged us chased us out to the parking lot asking for the tip, which was very unsual to me. Something we did not experience the first time we went in July of this year. We thought that was really odd and rude. Which is the only reason why i give it a 3 star. Idk if we would go back just because of that incident.

I have been going for years and have always been happy. My most recent massage was with Lily and it was absolutely wonderful. I will continue to see her from now on!

The worst service ive had in a long time. Came in and asked it she had time right now. She told me yes and preceeded to charge me and put me in a room. So i waited for aboit 20 min and then at that point got redressed and demanded a refund. First of all, she said she was available, but was with another client. The when i came out dressed, she said the otber client asked for more time. I wont say names on here.

When i demanded to get a refund, she refused and said "dont worry. Ill give you a good massage. Ill give you a discount." A discount to what? I already paid. Well the massage sucked. I told her very little oil and she went to smoother me with what felt like the whole bottle.

I won't go back. She wasted 30 min before the actual massage started and i felt rushed.

On Friday, 05/17/24, I had so much carried over months tension on my neck and upper back from working in front of computer for long hours. So my husband and I came here for our first time at this place to get a full body massage. We were in a private room which was so nice.

It was the best massage I've had! Seriously! And I have visited many massage places over the years ranging from regular massage parlors to high end Spa places. Yet, this Friday's experience was different than any other.

Both massage therapist were great! (Lilly and George). They knew exactly what pressure points to target. My husband and I both feel so much tension was released from our bodies.

Coco the owner/manager was very welcoming, pleasant and informative of the different types of massages for our next visit.

We loved the experience and we are definitely coming back!

They provide good massage service here. I always feel better after a deep tissue massage. It helps that they have the hot stones as well included in the massage, and they don't charge extra for that. Lisa and Iris are great. They know how to massage the sore areas to make you feel better. I recommend booking the 1.5 hr massage to give you plenty of time for body massage.

Tried this massage place today, and I was very pleased- very clean and staff friendly. Received 90 minute combination massage- which started as a traditional clothed foot massage- followed by undressed hot oil massage with stones in a private room. The price was very reasonable at 60$- especially considering hot stones are utilized (since this option usually costs more at many massage places). There is pleasant background music abd no noise from traffic - even though they are located in a strip mall.

They want tips in cash ONLY- which they seem pretty firm on. They let me uae my credit card for tip 'just this once' since it was my first visit.

Will definitely return!

If you are experienced at getting massages you will enjoy that the therapists know exactly how to fix your problem, even if you don't say what it is. They will find it.

This is like a Thai style massage. So you have options to get massage in the group area, and get just a foot massage or a combination massage that includes foot massage and overall body. Or you can book a private room for an hour or more.

I do not recommend this as a first-time experience as you will have people answering the phone or dealing with customers that come in in the middle of your massage. They tend to keep it pretty quiet so it's quite noticeable when the phone rings and especially if your therapist has it.

That said, If you're looking for tranquility this is probably not your place. But if you're looking for a good massage that gets the job done and relaxes you, this will work just fine and the prices are great.

If you want more silence and wish to fall asleep on the table, this is not your place. You should pay more for another massage somewhere else.

I came in with my girlfriend to get a couples massage. The massage itself was nice and relaxing, the problem came when it was time to pay. I wanted to pay with my card and I gave the lady a $100 bill to break for the tips. She instead took all my cash, and charged the rest on my card. I explained to them that what they did was incorrect and that I needed my cash back immediately. She responded by saying the transaction has already been processed and you can ow get your money back......last time I go here.

They charged me a $2 fee for swiping my card and then literally took all of my cash. This place isn't about good customer service , it's give me your money and get out.
