Wow! Just wow. Absolutely one of the best massages that I have ever had in my life. Kind, polite, friendly professional. As others have noted this is a no frills environment but that is not a negative because the prices are very very reasonable.

As I was having my massage, a gentleman was trying to tell one of the people here that it's illegal to charge a credit card fee. It is not in the state of Arizona. No one pressured me to tip. I did so gratefully.

I walked in on impulse and had a wonderful foot, neck and back massage by Amy. Total time was 60 min, cost $60 +$2 for paying by CC. The place is clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a ‘no frills’ atmosphere. The quality of the massage was excellent. I’ll definitely come back, especially if I need to book last minute. Highly recommend.
The only thing I would change is having a privacy curtain between seating areas for foot massages & waiting area.

Best massage I've ever had. The prices were average but the massage was far higher than average. They are professional and polite. The woman who gave me my massage was ridiculously Hulk level strong and very detail oriented (i.e. I never had focus on the back of my kneecaps or nose). I also tried cupping for the first time and will absolutely do it again. I've never felt so relaxed in my life. Highly recommend.

So I'm new in town and looking for a new massage place. I try Foot Spa for the first time today and while the massage was great, if you're frustrated with tip culture do not go here. As a small business owner myself, I set my own pricing for the work I do. If a customer tips me I am grateful. I do not require it unlike this establishment. I don't succumb to guilt tipping. There was a sign tapped to the counter that informed patrons of the $2 service fee that will be applied to debit/ credit purchases and if you decide to tip to please do so in cash. I omitted a tip as I am one of those folks frustrated with tip culture. I paid the fee for services rendered. Tips are not mandatory but the gentleman brought it to my attention that there was "no tip" included on my debit recite. I replied politely that yes there was no tip. To which he replied again "no tip". At that point, I politely thanked him and left. If I had known tipping was going to be a requirement, I would had gone somewhere else. Tip culture is out of control these days. Since when is it good business to point out to a customer that you didn't include a tip? For the record I do when when I eat at a sit down restaurant or recieve exceptional service. The massage was great but not exceptional. I won't be returning to Foot Spa.

My wife and I visited for the 2nd time and don’t get me wrong they massaged pretty well with a lot more focus on the upper body. The ladies had strong hands and eased the tenser muscles where we felt much better moving around. However we seriously doubt we will ever visit again. Their initial professionalism was thrown out when, to our surprise, they asked for a much higher tip than what I wrote on the receipt! I wrote a $12 tip until they looked confused and “asked” for a $20 tip instead!! My wife and I were very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and apparent greediness. They did a really good job with their service but they ruined it at the end with the sudden greedy request. All services are to be grateful for the tip amount they receive. Its not like $12 is light for their pockets either. Just be prepared for a surprise when you hand over your hard earned cash. They will make things uncomfortable.

Foot Spa was amazing my husband and I both received foot massages. They did an outstanding job. Will definitely be going back to them. Just a few recommendations would like to hear light music playing in the background so you don’t hear all the outside pedestrian's talking and just a little darker in the room for an even better experience.

Awesome foot massage! Went back the next day for a 60 minute full body hot stone massage. Best massage I've had in years! Nice people. Very clean. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed! ?
