Location is great and next to some scenic trails. Ambience is worth coming for. Talkeetna toast(veg version) and “Trust me I am vegan” sandwich were good but not as great as recommended. Almond apricot Rugelach and hot chocolate were nice.

Be sure to come early in the day for Burritos. They get over too soon.

Such a cute little cafe. Super happy it was open on a cold winter day! Great food and awesome bakery items. Definitely try the black brownies and the chocolate babka. As far as food, the mini quiche was amazing as was the breakfast burrito. Super friendly staff! 10/10!

Such a lovely, local restaurant! Great place for breakfast or lunch with a great range of options, including vegetarian fare. I would highly recommend the Fancy Grilled Cheese. Fresh homemade baked goods as well, which are delicious. Cannot recommend enough that you dine here!

Went here for a late lunch a couple of days ago.
They have a lot of backery goods and it’s very hard to choose your favourites. They also have soups and warm dishes, and also pizza on Friday and Saturday.
We tasted one of the soups and couple of the backed goods - everything was delicious.

Nice cafe in Talkeetna with plenty of healthier options. Came here for breakfast this past weekend. We ordered ahead online which you can do through their website--I recommend this especially during the busy summer! Everything was hot and ready for us when we arrived. I got the not-a-breakfast burrito which I didn't ask but based on the ingredients I'm pretty sure it's vegan. It was delicious and filling. My husband got the smoked salmon bagel and really enjoyed it. Good coffee too, and my husband got their house made rhubarb soda which was great. I've been here once before just to get bakery goods and those were all great too--especially their "Kimmie" cookies! Someday I'll come back and try their lunch menu. Their pizza looks good too, which they offer only a few days a week in the evening.

The food took longer than what I would consider normal but was delicious still! This place is adorable. They have great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. They have a cute seating area.
