I’ve been having a very difficult year losing a loved one, and my friend was kind enough to try and brighten my spirit and gifted me a gift card at Float Evolution.
I read online, first time visit, a discount will be applied, so I called to inquire, how to book with the gift card. There was no answer so I left a message. After several hours of not hearing back I called again and spoke to Lena. She was pleasant on the phone and I told her I was interested in going to the 4pm float session. Maybe I missed something in our conversation, but I didn’t hear her say I had to book online before coming. I told her I would make it to the 4pm float session.
When I arrived I told Lena I was there for the 4pm float session. The initial interaction, she was not pleasant, she stated there might be an issue because I was supposed to book ahead of time online. I told her, I didn’t hear her mention that when I had called about 30 minutes earlier and in the phone call she said I could just come in and nothing was required, as far as towels and bathing suits. In a very condescending tone, she said that she did mention that, as if I was a liar, and she did state that.
At that point with the attitude I received and the way Lena made made it sound as if I was lying in front of other customers it was incredibly insulting.
I would have flat out said no thanks and left without giving my business, but because my friend was kind enough to gift me the session, I felt the need to go on and proceed with the float session.
Had I known I had to book online beforehand, I would have. There was no option to book with the gift card. That’s why I called to make sure I could just walk in since it wasn’t mentioned in the phone call.
I proceeded with the session, and personally I’m not sure if it’s for me.
I didn’t have a great experience, but it could have been due to the initial poor customer service experience with Lena.
She was pleasant at the end of the session, but the fact that she made me out to sound like a liar when I first walked in, was uncalled for and embarrassing.
Another thing, is a waiver wasn’t received until more than 3 1/2 hours after the session. Not until now did I read over the waiver and get more details of what to expect.
I was so excited to experience the float session. But really, I cannot see myself returning.

I booked a couples float session in Suite 1. It was my first time there and upon entering the lady behind the counter greeted me by name and was very polite and helpful. She explained everything in such detail and made me very comfortable. I really liked the suite and the showers were nice that had the water fall from the ceiling. The shower was stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The place was very and felt warm. Id definitely go back and a treat is they have alkaline water.

Fantastic. My mood went up like 40%. I only had about 6 hours of sleep, without a meal. I showed up right after the gym in the early morning. Great float. And I could tell I wasn't going to be as sore immediately after.

I have been here a couple of times, and the customer service is always superior. I typically go for the cold plunges. That is what my body needs. They have deprivation tanks like the show stranger things. I did that two visits ago, and the experience was amazing. They have one big enough to fit tall people. If you do relax your body, it almost feels like an out of body experience in a good way.
I had a minor altercation with the owner because of a thing I was not aware I was doing incorrectly. It was 100 percent my fault, and I can admit that. Nevertheless, they reached out to me in an uplifting spirit to apologize even though i was in the wrong. It was not necessary, but this is why they have the best customer service. Luisa was a sweetheart, and she made me feel welcome, and I gave her a 10/10. I recommend this place. Not only for your mental health but for your body.

I was so nervous for my first float, but the staff was so nice, welcoming, and walked me through what to do and expect. I've now had two floats in two weeks and I'm hooked! I've never been more relaxed leaving a therapy. This is total body relaxation with lasting effects. I highly recommend it for anyone week experiences a lot of sensory input throughout the week. It's a wonderful reset!

The place was beautiful but the experience was not what I was expecting! The staff seemed so forced to give understanding if you’re new kind of like you should already know what to do where to go. I think the worst part was inside there was a ceiling drops that kept falling on me as I’m in there trying to relax and meditate. So disappointed.

I've never done this before but have always been interested. I read quite a bit on their site and it was easy to make an appointment on their website. I was greeted by Louisa who was amazing! Went through the steps and gave recommendations. The atmosphere is relaxing, you walk in feeling like you have to whisper. Instructions are easy. Initially, getting in, I felt like a newborn giraffe taking it's first steps. I didn't know what was right or wrong, I seemed to be slipping all over the place, the button for the light seemed ill-placed....then I had to close the hatch! But once I calmed down, it was all good. The one thing I would say is, Louisa told me about the ear plugs they provide, but said I didn't have to wear them. I thought it would make sense to wear them. That was a mistake. Once I was settled and calm, lights and music off.....all I heard was my breathing and heartbeat. Once I took them out, it was great. This isn't for everyone, but I suggest everyone try it once. When I left there was another young woman there, I didn't get her name, but she was also super friendly and helpful. I love that they have different services available, but they aren't trying to high pressure sell you on them. I appreciate that. But I will be back to float for sure, and I am interested in trying one of their other services as well. I highly recommend Float Evolution!

It was my first coming here and trying this out. Myself and my husband did the couples , sauna, cold plunge, and sensory deprivation.
Pros: they provide you with robes , plenty of towels, contact containers, hair ties, ear plugs, body wash/shampoo/conditioner. It was a super cool experience I would do the sensory deprivation again and I like that we had our own private room with a shower, strongly recommended that for couples.
Con : I would not do the sauna and cold plunge again , I wish it was explained a bit better of what we are supposed to do like how long in each ect . Also as a couple it nice because it’s just you two but i would not do it on my own and have to be in there with someone else.
Recommendations: if you plan to go here are some recommendations, bring a bathing suit for sauna and cold plunge. Bring sandals or crocs the floor is wet and can be slippery. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner especially for women or if you are more particular with your hair . Bring a hair brush . Also for the sensory deprivation daily will get everywhere, so if you have sensitive skin be cautious.
