Flat Rock Farm was the perfect place for our engagement celebration! Beautiful place for weddings, family gatherings, etc. Cyd and her husband were absolutely wonderful and handled so many details for me. Gorgeous property. The place was decorated beautifully, and they were so kind and accommodating to my guests. We had a lovely time!

My husband and I got married here on 9/9/23 and we had the most perfect day thanks to Cyd and Bill. This venue was stunning and unique. We went with the platinum package which included almost everything down to the cake, DJ, day of coordinator, and officiant. The only thing we had to get separately was the photographer, hair and makeup, and purchase our own alcohol. The prices were very reasonable compared to other venues, and Cyd and Bill made our vision come to life with no stress. I highly recommend this spot for your wedding or elopement! We had an amazing time.

Being a bride and more specifically, a wedding vendor I have been to dozens upon dozens of venues and I knew as soon as I saw Flat Rock Farm that this was where I wanted to have my own wedding!
Our night was so perfect and we loved every moment of it. It really felt like it was a fairytale! I KNEW the moment I stepped out onto the property of Flat Rock Farm when I visited the very first time that this was where I wanted to get married to my now husband. What a vision you two, the owners had all those many years ago and you continue to have to this day! The attention to detail in everything you do is phenomenal and you know me, I'm going to keep telling couples about this place because you two are wonderful people which made the experience of having our special evening wedding here as wonderful as the beauty of your property and the care you have put into your place. Our daughter had the privilege of having her reception at Flat Rock Farm yesterday (May 2022) and we couldn't have been more pleased with the amenities, service and views that were offered. They went out of their way to ensure that the day was not only memorable, but as stress free as possible. All of the staff were friendly, considerate and helpful. The Owner went out of her way to make us feel like royalty. If you are considering Flat Rock Farm for an event of any kind I recommend booking it immediately!

Flat Rock Farms is definitely the venue you are looking for if you are wanting a beautiful mountain backdrop! Cyd and Bill are absolutely wonderful people as well. We went with the silver package, which was perfect for what we were wanting. My husband and I wanted a wedding that complimented the two of us and FRF was just that. And to put the cherry on top, they are pet friendly and have a cottage where your pet can stay and play in the backyard. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!

Our story with Flat Rock Farm starts in 2017 when we stayed in the OB cottage while visiting from Michigan friends at UGA. We were so impressed with the space that when we were looking for wedding venues, bringing our family and friends down to Toccoa this past September didn't seem crazy. We are so glad we made that choice, and since we first stayed in 2017 the space has grown and matured in the best way.

We spent our entire wedding weekend at the Flat Rock Farm including our rehearsal, wedding, and wedding night. Our wedding party and family stayed in the other properties owned by FRF. Having a destination wedding can be stressful but Cyd and Bill brought down that stress by providing vendors we could use and walking us through every step of the way.

The attention and detail FRF put into our special day made it so the details we may have overlooked never even crossed our minds. The weather was perfect, the ceremony on the knoll at golden hour was out of a movie, and dinner as the sun was setting over the mountains mixed with the twinkle lights gave the whole atmosphere a cozy and intimate vibe. I was bummed that we couldn't have our ceremony or get photos at the nearby waterfall, but I would now suggest to couples that they just focus on FRF for their whole event.

My husband and I will always remember our special day in the Georgia mountains with our closest family and friends and are thankful to the team at FRF that helped us create that special memory. Thank you Cyd and Bill!
