I am not the type to eat out for breakfast/brunch, but had a great experience having brunch at First Watch with a group of friends. Plenty of space to wait right outside, and the hostess waiting at the door was efficient and friendly. We just walked up to get on the waitlist, and had about a 25 minute wait at 10:30 a.m. The restaurant is really beautiful and comfortable. There were 5 of us and we had no problem carrying on a conversation even though the restaurant was full. All of the food that we ordered came out looking absolutely stunning! The Floridian French Toast was colorful, the skillet hash was nicely plated, and the biscuits and gravy were warm and tasty. I felt like I got a healthy meal that also tasted wonderful: the perfect combo! Our waitress was cheerful and helpful. The cool thing about paying is that the receipt has a QR code on it to pay right on your phone. Love the use of technology to simplify! Definitely going back soon. The one and only downside: parking. It's a hot mess in the this little corner, so if you are okay with walking, just park out in the main parking complex and burn a few calories rather than stress about finding a space close to the restaurant.

Stepping into First Watch felt like a warm embrace – the atmosphere was vibrant, the staff buzzing with energy, and the service exceptionally friendly. Right off the bat, they welcomed us with a complimentary appetizer, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The coffee? Bold, rich, and perfectly brewed, while the juice selection was an adventure in itself, offering flavors for every taste. The Kale Tonic was refreshing! I opted for the Chickichanga, and wow – every bite was a flavor explosion, perfectly seasoned and deliciously satisfying. First Watch is the place to kickstart your day on a high note!

Recently visited this breakfast spot and had an overall average experience. The service was a bit underwhelming—our server seemed distracted and didn't check in on us & we had to repeatedly ask for water. As for the food, the portions were good, but unfortunately, everything was overly salty. The million dollar potatoes, in particular, were almost inedible due to the strong saltiness. While the coffee & OJ were decent, it wasn't enough to make up for the other letdowns. It’s not the worst place I’ve been to, but just another mediocre restaurant in QC.

Wow it's been a sec since My family and I have been to first watch but we'll definitely be regulars through 2025 given our most recent experience with this new store and our wonderful/attentive server, Adrian. Food came out as ordered, better than I could've asked. The inside felt comfy & everyone who helped was on top of it! Highly recommended

Hands down, the best breakfast I’ve ever had! And I’m not usually a breakfast person.

The French toast was perfectly golden and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness and a heavenly dollop of butter on top. The bacon was cooked to perfection—crispy yet not overly dry. Every bite was a delightful balance of flavors, and the little touches, like the berry compode, made it even more special.

The million dollar potatoes were well-seasoned and paired beautifully with the rest of the meal. Even the eggs were cooked with care, and I could taste the quality in every bite. I never thought I’d rave about breakfast, but this experience was absolutely worth it.

The service was excellent as well. Our waiter was very nice, even the host was very friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves breakfast—or even those who think they don’t!

I ordered the Monterey club could have had either mix green salad or potatoes or soup . Could not pick so had the salad and added the potatoes as extra side. Very good food and service. Will be back.
