It is an older motel. I know they are trying to do updates now. As many others have stated in reviews, they need new bedding....its just old. The room was pretty decent, actually. My only complaint is housekeeping didn't do a though, all cleaning on tables, night stands, and dresser top. Soda was spilled on the table from the last visit. Even though it was a light soda, you could've seen it if detail in cleaning was important. I did check the room top to bottom for bugs... and nothing at all. The threshold on the bottom of the door is in bad shape as you can see light from under it. So, with some more details to the cleaning staff and updates it would be a nice place to stay.

Budget friendly hotel. They have big rig parking, which is why we chose it. Stopped for 1 night on our Snowbird trip south, pulling a 42 foot fifth wheel. Would highly recommend it for a quick stopover

Please beware of booking and staying at this place! At arrival the lobby smells strongly of incense which is very unwelcoming. Once I got into my room I was disgusted to find a bug on one the pillows, of which there was only one pillow on each queen bed I should add. Upon further investigation I found more bugs in the bathtub. The last straw for me was when I pulled back the top blanket and found the sheets covered in cigarette burn holes which would explain why the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

So, the first thing I noticed about our room was 1 towel and very flat pillows on the bed, only sheet and a cover on the bed. It felt like the bed was wet and moisture! The bathroom door was broken at the hinge so you have to lift the door up to close and still did not close all the way. I had to ask for towels and wash cloths and was told our room was forgotten, I kind of wondered if our sheets and the comforter had been cleaned? đŸ¤ĸ.|The bed is super hard but we were so tired I didn't care. $80.00 for a room is outrageous!!!!! This should be a $50| a night room at the least. Or, if they're going to charge that much, everything NEEDS TO BE UPDATED if they expect to get people in there.

Room was not well kept. The sink handle would not work half the time. The bathroom door would not shut. The breakfast was a joke. Not milk for the cereal, nothing to put on a bagel. The pool was shut down and looked like it had not working for years. The outside of the hotel needed to be upgraded. Even though the hotel was cheap, it is not worth the money. On a positive side, the staff were nice.

Horrible room. Bathroom door would not close. Microwave made a loud noise when used. Freestanding water on the bathroom floor. Toilet seat was not bolted correctly to the toilet. Wall paper coming off the walls. Breakfast bar was a joke. No milk for the cereal. Nothing to put on bangles. Pool had old green water still in it. Looked liked the pool has not been used or cleaned for years. I will never stay there again!!

Do not believe the photos on the website. Though rooms were clean, the entire motel is rusting away. No blankets on the beds, no extra pillows, one towel and no latch on the door. The pool was filled with garbage, including a 30 gallon garbage can. Was there in the non-pool season, however the amount of garbage in the pool was impressive. |We went with a baseball team, to play in the tournament next to the motel. We were charged over $160/night, for 2 nights, and my family needed two rooms. This place is trash. Do not stay here. The lobby chairs are broken, there was a broken mirror leaned up against the lobby wall. Breakfast consisted of a few bananas, packaged pancakes and stale fruit loops. The carafe that was dirty on the counter the night before, was filled with orange juice in the morning. |This motel is absolutely worth $50-$60 / night. NOT the upcharged rate of $160 for the sports complex next door.||The photos on the website do not match the quality of the rooms. |non smoking rooms smell like cigarette smoke of days gone by. |100% do not recommend|

Perhaps ownership has changed: this is now the First Heritage. I'd suggest you consider it LAST, though, after my recent two-night stay.||-- Sleeping was almost impossible the first night. It was a chilly night, and the weatherstripping on the door was absent--one could see outside light around three sides of the door. The bed had only a sheet and light bedspread, no blanket in any of the drawers. One of the two pillows was about 10" thick ad didn't compress. I was able to get both an adequate blanket and a standard pillow for the second night. If you stay here, check these as soon as you get to your room and ask for needed items right away.|-- Wi-fi may be free, but it didn't reach to the end unit in enough strength to allow me to send messages, a major problem for me, since I was trying to coordinate visits with several different people on this trip. If you need Wi-fi, it may help to request a unit close to the office.|-- Maintenance is terrible. In order to turn off he bathroom sink faucet, one must push down so hard that it's become detached from the countertop. The tub/shower faucet, on the other hand, was very loose, but I could find settings only for boiling hot or uncomfortably cool. It was so bad that I forewent a shower the second night.|-- One of the two chairs had a collapse cushion, making it quite uncomfortable.|-- Another sign of lax maintenance: there is a space to hang clothes in the bathroom, but the rack is so rusty that I feared rust would flake off and discolor my clothes. ||I've stayed in this motel before, and it was quite nice. It's sad to see how it's deteriorated.
