Excellent customer service by Angela. Came in with my sister for lunch. We're from Colorado it was our first time eating here it was delicious. Can't go wrong with the Alfredo pasta & the Strawberry cobbler and the carrot cake.

We got into Casper late with nasty ice covered roads but Firerock didn't shut down early because of the weather. Food was fantastic as always. I had the 16oz ribeye, cooked to perfection! Great place and the staff is really well trained and very attentive!

Been here few times, Amazing Wyoming Whisky Burger, it's definitely a must try. I left the Tomato and greens off, and just the burger, onion , cheese and it's sauce. The spinach artichoke is also another great appetizer. The Salmon BLT is also another tasty sandwich, if you're adventurous, and want a little juice,you can add that Whiskey sauce to it and it'll be lip smacking good.

It was super busy but it was also new years eve. We called ahead for seating for a 10 top. They were nice to put us down even though they wasnt reservations. Just call ahead seating. The service was amazing. Our server was Chad and he was great and very attentive considering how busy it was. We had appetizers and drinks and salads and dinner everything came out in order and was correct expect for a potatoe they fixed right away. Overall I'd highly recommend. Even though it was a little pricy.

FireRock Steakhouse: A Mixed Bag

FireRock Steakhouse in Casper offers a beautiful atmosphere and delicious food, but unfortunately, our dining experience was marred by subpar service.

The restaurant itself is stunning, with a warm and inviting ambiance. The food was excellent, with perfectly cooked steaks and flavorful sides. However, the service was quite disappointing. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed, and we had to repeatedly ask for drink refills. Additionally, the wait for our food was excessive, with tables that arrived after us receiving their meals sooner.

While the culinary experience was top-notch, the service issues significantly detracted from our overall impression. It’s a shame that such a lovely restaurant could be let down by inconsistent service.

I was in town for work and came here off a recommendation from a local Coworker. The atmosphere was super fun, dark, and had plenty of tv's playing sports if you're into that.
It was not busy at all, but it still took our waiter about 10 minutes to ask of if we wanted drinks. Once we placed our order (burgers) it took just under an hour for the food to arrive. Our waiter never checked on the table after delivering the food. No water refills, etc. He brought the check without asking if we wanted dessert, then seemed irritated that we wanted to order dessert.
The food itself was ok, but definitely not good enough to justify the price. I got the Hangover Burger, and would have rather gotten a Big Mac. Super dry and zero flavor. The Crème Brûlée was delicious though!

This place is always great, they have the best burgers in town, I had the Bison Burger i recommend it. Their service was very good, their margarita is very delicious, I could get a picture of it LOL..

My wife and I came in for an impromptu happy hour date. Our bartender was so sweet! I wish I had asked her name. The tartare was "meh." The dijon was a little overpowering. The quality of the meat was there, but the seasoning was just off a touch. The Yukon Gold twice-baked potatoes were phenomenal! They were the perfect bite-sized appetizer and so delicious. The cocktails were also enjoyable. We visit family in Casper each year, so we hope to add this to our rotation.
