$6.92 for a 3 inch sandwich that was warm and had an anemic amount of meat and veggies. Now, I remember why I don't eat at Firehouse Subs more often. A toddler could have finished this.
The a/c was cold, so you should bring a sweater if you sit on the long, cushioned bench.

I love firehouse sub but they’ve really pissed me off today. I ordered a meal on DoorDash and only recieved my sandwhich. No Brownie,
No chips, and No drink. I was told to contact them after calling my dasher back and they were so nonchalant and gaslit me saying to
contact door dash as THEYRE responsible. How is that the case when I ordered a bottled
Drink The whole order should’ve been
Bagged and ready to pick up for the dasher!

Well....

I think they can do better with service. They guy that waited on us was nice enough, but aloof and too much of a "dude" attitude.

They added mushrooms for sume strange reason. Not even in the sandwich description.

Lastly, whatever they dress the sandwich with always seems to make the bread soggy.

...maybe I'm just not a Firehouse Subs customer.

If you’re standing at the front register and I walk in and up to it, at least ask to take my order or say something. You don’t have to say hello but say something instead of just staring at me and out the window. Food was okay but tea was not. I have been here in the past and it was a lot better service and food.

First time at this location today. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order for 2 combos. At the drive-thru window I received my order. I drove off and checked my order and noticed the 2 bags of chips were missing. I backed up and advised them and they gave me my chips. When I got home, one of the subs was missing the lettuce and onions I requested. The receipt shows I did request it, but they failed to add it. Disappointing first visit here.

Got the wrong order, got attitude when I came back to get it corrected despite me having the receipt showing it was the wrong order. The food wasn’t good as I’ve had it at other locations and the lobby wasn’t clean either. Throughly unimpressed with firehouse.

Of the 4-5 times I've ordered from here they have only gotten the order correct once. I don't go through the drive thru any longer, I go in and carefully check my order. Also the quality has been much lower than the location by the UofA campus.

Just go to the campus location. Bread was burnt, food was sloppy, drink machine was broken. The only special request we had was no onions and food gosh I'm sorry that I had such a hard request. This place is pretty on ious the employees don't care about anything.
