It was my first time getting a facial & Finely Kneaded was recommended by a female friend.
The receptionist who answered was exceptionally friendly & helpful and answered all my questions and booked an appointment for me.
Parking was easy.
When I came for my appointment,I was introduced to Isabel and she made me feel comfortable and was super knowledgeable.
She did an awesome job.

Reliable spa with a full staff for massage and other services. I appreciate how quick and easy it is to go in and receive treatment. They answer the phone when you call! Recently had a 60 minute basic massage with Joe. It was excellent! Tip: The receptionist told me the basic massage is $63 instead of $70 if you pay cash. Highly recommend.

Over the years I've had many massages here, always good. They are responsive when I ask for relaxing style or more athletic. Sometimes I get facials also, always good.

Like so many other reviews, I have to agree Finely Kneaded is a hidden gem! I followed other comments' recommendation to follow them on Instagram for openings (they post cancellations) and was able to get a massage and facial for the following day. When I arrived, it seemed they were quite busy, with several clients booking repeat appointments. All good signs! My massage and facial were perfectly relaxing and just what I needed. When I was finished, you better believe I booked an appointment for next month!

If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and go for it. The experience and price cannot be beat!

I’ve been coming here for years now. What initially had me coming back was the $10 off deal they used to have through Yelp and when you paid with cash. Bummed that they don’t have that any more. Joel is the absolute BEST, ever. Extremely skilled and experienced and doesn’t ruin the experience by trying to engage in a full blown conversation the entire time. He just gets it! I’ve had Traci before, who was very skilled and knowledgeable but unfortunately talked throughout my entire session, even when I mentioned I’d had a very long day and WEEK. I’ll likely keep returning, with Joel as my #1 go-to guy…

I was so excited to come to this place until I got my message. The lady who messaged me was not the best. She was very dry from the start, meaning she seemed to have some what of an attitude problem. She was sort of rough and uncaring. I told her where I wanted the most of the massaging done ( neck and above the shoulders) , and it was barely done right. I GET IT!!...We are human and sometimes might be having a good day. But with that being said I suggest that you stay at home.
Not to mention that it was my birthday that day... I will not say the lady's name, but she knows who she is.. I will never go back or recommend... Thanks for nothing!!!

Isabelle is fantastic. She did my facials for over a year and was always knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. I trusted her right away because she wasn't afraid to tell me when an idea I had actually wouldn't be good for my skin. She's great at what she does!

The entire spa is comfortable, and I had good experiences with front desk staff whether in person or over the phone. Highly recommend!
