Room # 2007. Very nice room, has enough space to be an apartment. Lots of cabinets in te kitchen with pre filled stuff inside like plates, cups, bowls, towels, sponges and more. The plugs have some sort of blocker on them so some prongs don't fit inside. Loved it would stay here again.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

There were 3 members staying in 2 sections of lodging. I was on the sun side of the building at 5015 and had very different experiences 5012 and the guy across street from the DFAC. I rarely had cold water to cool off and my thermostat never displayed anything but “74.” Room 5012 said she was cold at night and sent a pic showing “68” on hers. Guy near DFAC said he rarely had hot water…we struggled through the final days of the record breaking 110 days of 100+°. This stay was so miserable I had to imagine I was deployed to Al Dhafra again to get through the month. No complaints about laundry or housekeeping.

How do you not have A/C in Arizona. Especially when you are charging more than off base hotels.

Was greeted by a lady named Kylie who was very (very) helpful. Her Dad was in the lobby visiting her at work ... funny guy! Their restaurant recommendations were top-notch!

After reading a few negative reviews we were pleasantly were surprised on the accommodations. Our room was very clean, cool, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed - plates, cups etc. Full size refrigerator, microwave (no dishwasher). The bathroom was small but very clean. The rooms only have queen beds - but for the price you cannot complain. The outdoor temp was around 103 degrees - but the air conditioner and fan cooled the room just fine. The base is beautiful, commissary and BX were close by (covered parking)!!! We will be back.

Motel 6 quality at best. First impression of the rooms are 1970s style and the odor of musty feet/ urine. I pray for you if you’re staying in the summer, the thermostat doesn’t allow the temperature to be set under 74 degrees, but in all reality, the room never gets below 80 regardless of what it’s set at. Refrigerator kept going out making loud noises, maintenance didn’t see anything wrong with it. Never truly had ‘hot’ water, but more so lukewarm. You also could not get cold water from a sink if you wanted, pipes must stay warm 24/7. Oh, and be sure to bring shower shoes for the bathroom/shower tile, unless you would like to contract athletes foot and a multitude of other fungi on your feet. You will understand when you see it... the scum/ grime on the floor reminded me of basic training. Bottom line, it will get the job done if you’re working/ on TDY and are forced to stay here. Definitely not the most enjoyable place, but not the worst. I would NEVER recommend staying here for vacation/ for your own leisure. Spend your money outside of the base for a much nicer place for a small increase of price.

Stayed three weeks while TDY. Staff was fantastic, room was very comfortable. Dual rooms, bedroom & living room / kitchenette. I work nights, easy to get the bedroom dark (during the day) with tinfoil. I'd give it a five if not for the environmental controls... Sometimes I was too hot, sometimes too cold, but for cost savings the thermostat is limited. Otherwise, great room.
