The rooms are extremely unsanitary!! There were roaches on the ceiling, and they WILL NOT clean it until you checked out. They will charge you a key fee if you forget to return it to the front desk. We will not be returning to this place again.

Everything was fine rooms were clean beds are very comfortable. The night staff was very helpful unfortunately I can not say the same about the girl that is their in the mornings her name is Andrea she was been rude the two days we stayed their, she refuse to rent me an other day because I had my kids with me. She's very rude.

Rude and not welcoming since the moment I walked in no hello, welcome, thank you for coming, instead the girl in the front desk kept cutting up some paper she was working on as if I wasn't present while standing right in front of her once she finally acknowledge me I asked her for a room for two she tells me are you sure it's only two because if there's more than two later I will be charging your credit card. I told her that was fine and ask for her name she refused to give it to me I did let her know I was going to post a review, she of course replied you don't need my name. I don't usually post reviews but decided to post this because no paying customer should be treated as a nuisance as if they're begging for a free room.

Dont come here unless you want to feel like you did something wrong. Immediately the front desk was rude, said they had no rooms, which was a lie because i had an online reservation. It was over 90° outside and when i asked the front desk if i could purchase a soda from their machine for my son, she had an attitude and said theyre only for customers.

Funny. I have had the opposite experience. Be prepared to take a cold shower if you stay. Maybe they turned down the hot water for the last review? Or they didn't know how to adjust the shower...

Plenty of ice, housekeepers are nice, washer and dryer on premises.

No cold water, there is only scalding hot water....moldy walls..broken refrigerator...pool is often closed...most of the cleaning ladies are nice, trash bins overflowing....if you catch the people in front on a bad day, beware! Wifi goes on and off...they say weekly rates, but the owners(who are on premises), change thier mind whenever they feel like. Carpets are dirty. Ice is free so theres that, but it runs out of ice after 11:00 am.

Worst place I've been to yet! Not worth the price! Definitely not a queen bed!! Only one soap in the room. Counters not clean!! The room doesn't look clean either. Don't come here!!!

Very bad front desk service, I’m currently in a room in fiesta and i told the gentleman yesterday that i would stay over again today and he said just to go pay today in the morning and so I called to pay for Saturday and the front desk lady told me I had to leave the room because she needs to rent it to the owners friends! Unbelievable so unprofessional
