So disappointed!! We've been loyal customers for years and absolutely love the food and people. However, we placed an order for pickup and can not believe the substandard quality and portion size of the meals we received. The onion rings have always been a favorite, but tonight, we were appalled at what we found in the bag. Absolutely unbelievable!!

We would frequent often when it used to be a good place to eat. Over the years, the prices have gone up while the food quality and prep accuracy has decreased. We’ve given feedback but there is no follow up so we hardly ever visit. During the last visit there were issues with both items. One wasn’t made as ordered. The other is pictured. This is what you get for $4.75. You can spend about $1.50 less and get a much fuller and tastier burger at In-N-Out.

Great place for breakfast especially if you have young kids. Good menu options, quick service, very clean restaurant. Our kids enjoy going here and my husband and I like that it’s easy and the food is good quality. Highly recommend over McDonald’s or any other breakfast drive thru.

I've loved this place for their quality for 9+ years...I understand inflation HOWEVER..Im paying 15.00 for a GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD and this is what I'm getting No grill and portion..So I'm paying for 2tsp of frozen chicken and lettuce!! Im Done

My 15 dollar burger was improperly wrapped in paper and nearly came apart the moment I got it out the bag. Food was still good. Not nearly enough fries with a combo order and the medium soda too large.

Very disappointed. I ordered 3 Jr cheeseburgers with one of them no sauce or cheese and they gave me all 3 with no cheese or sauce. So I basically paid $15 for 3 very dry patties and 2 pickles. It also seems like any time I have came here, they always make you park and you wait a good 5-10 minutes.

Their salads are always yummy and fresh but I only gave them 4 stars for the following reason. When I do dine-in they give you enough dressing but when I do delivery they give me 1. Wish the dressing was consistent with dine in and delivery.
