Shawn is the most honest man I know and would never take a dime from someone in fact he is the only dealer not taking huge deposits during covid where lead times from the manufacture are months out. I highly recommend Fantastic pools. Shawn has more integrity than any spa company out there.

We went to Mesa Mart to possibly buy a hot tub. No one was at the booth. Called number on booth wall poster. No answer, but we left a message. Shawn did return our call and had a legitimate excuse(short staff/off). We connected and a short 4 weeks later we have a tub and it's running today.

Ordered tub in May. Been waiting ever since. Put deposit down. Only communication is when i call asking for status. They have ignored my last 2 texts and phone calls. Very skeptical that i will get the tub. starting new search.

Paid the down payment in February shawn would only take cash said his debit credit card wasn’t working (flag) said he would call end of March to collect 1/2 of the balance due Shawn never called so we went out to Mesa Market place to pay the 1/2 due balance but he would not take the payment (flag) this guy knows how to play the game if he takes the 1/2 payment and doesn’t make delivery of the spa that would be a felony offense so getting tired of waiting and numerous excuses we canceled the order of our spa and we are out our deposit so if he has five people that’s 1000 dollars beware of this business

WAS TOLD 3-4 WEEKS TO GET SPA. BEEN 4, DOWN PAYMENT CASHED, STILL NO CONTACT FROM SHAWN. HAVE CALLED , GONE BACK TO MARKET PLACE, EMAILED. STILL WAITING TO BE CONTACTED.
