Outstanding customer service, quick, staff was friendly and respectful. Couldn't be happier with the music, not loud, not too quiet. The café is an environment to come destress and focus on unfinished business. Definitely obsessed with the chocolate abuelita but dont worry they go an extra mile to make sure you find your favorite too. Drinks and food are 10/10 super affordable

Pretty and delicious cafe in Cicero. Everything we tried was yummy, the pistacho cookies were sooo good and the coffees as well.

You have to try it, everything is made from scratch!!!

The owner Cynithia has amazing energy, she has done a great job at building her Cafe up from a home owned business. Her coffee is delicious, but my favorite thing are her smoothies, they’re so fresh and fruity. 10/10 recommend and the atmosphere is amazing.

I love this place. Staff are always sweet. Coffee is always good and the best part is finally having a local coffee shop i adore 💕 I highly recommend you get a matching latte or try one of their delicious creations. Support small businesses! Oh and they sell flowers too! Great place for a midday pick me up or to start the day right!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always pretty good but they’re pretty expensive usually around $10 a drink which is fine, they’re a small business but we went on a Saturday morning and there was only one girl working. She was sweet but took about 20 minutes to make our 3 drinks which I get it, she’s busy but there should definitely be atleast 2-3 people on the weekends! Only other thing I would say is the 2 different times I had their cookies, they tasted under baked or were super crumbly so I’m willing to give them another try and hopefully they’re good!

The space inside is just right with a touch of brightness, artistic decor, and goodies. There is a build your bouquet wall for those who would want to surprise someone with a nice gesture. There are plenty of options to choose from. Specially for those who LOVE their coffee. I ended up getting a chocolate abuelita latte on ice and it was very balanced and delicious. Had to have a cookie and opted for the Macadamia flavor. 😋Couldn’t pass up a watermelon smoothie with strawberry boba when Cynthia suggested it. Can’t wait to try more 👏🏼🙌🏼

My boyfriend and I are here so often that the owner recognizes our main order which is cafe de olla. They've done research and trials to perfect it, it has become our most recommended drink from here. I also love their chai tea I'm atte as well !!

I recently moved to Chicago and was looking for a study space at a local coffee shop. I must admit, I visited a lot of local coffee shops before finding Fantasia. But once I did, I haven’t visited another coffee shop. I am an avid coffee drinker & the coffee beans Fantasia cafe uses are unmatched. It is a subtle but bold coffee taste that can still be appreciated with any one of Fantasia’s signature latte. My personal favorites are the Horchata Latte (made in house), Biscoff latte, & brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso (the cookie butter cold foam is a must). Another must try at Fantasia are their pastries. The Férreo tres leches and biscoff cookies are some of the best sweets I’ve ever tasted. Lastly, it’s the staff at Fantasia that places this local coffee shop as the best around. The owner, Cynthia, makes it a point to listen to the recommendations of her customers. She is always creating new flavors so that everyone has a favorite at Fantasia cafe. The baristas make each drink to perfection every time. But they go beyond just making your drink. They get to know you. They ensure that you leave Fantasia cafe wanting to come back and try the next latte or pastry. I wish all cities had a Fantasia cafe. You go in to buy a cup of coffee, but you come out feeling as if you’re part of a community. Could not recommend this place enough.
