Visited this Korean spa recently and had such a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting—really cozy and perfect for relaxing. It also wasn’t crowded at all, which made it even better. Everything felt calm and unhurried, which is exactly what I needed.

The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests’ experience and go the extra mile to make people feel at home.

I was also really impressed with how clean and well-kept the shared bath area was. The setup was simple but thoughtfully done, and everything from the water temperature to the overall hygiene was on point. It added a lot to the whole experience.

If you're looking for a quiet place to unwind, this spa is a hidden gem. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back.

I called to ask if I needed to make a reservation for the sauna. The woman who answered the phone was very difficult to understand and clearly didn’t speak English well. Instead of answering my question, she just made a reservation for me.

When my friends and I arrived, she was very surprised that we only came for the sauna and didn’t want any massages. I had explained this over the phone, but she clearly didn’t understand. Then she started speaking to me in a very rude and aggressive way, asking why I only wanted the sauna and trying to pressure me into buying massages.

Aside from the staff, everything else was fine — the place was clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
And it’s so cheap 30$ 🙂

I loved this place. I've never done anything like this before, but the employees were kind and helpful. The prices are very affordable and I think this might be my new favorite pit stop when I'm visiting the area. I loved going back and forth between the hot tub, steam room and cold tub. Sera did my massage and she was amazing. I also really liked the crystal room. Definitely give this place a shot.

It's been a while since I've been here, and the lady at the counter was kind and the name of the lady who gave me the massage is Yu. She seemed kind and nice person.

They rejected my Groupon. I spent 1 1/2 hrs driving, incurred gas , mileage cost, my afternoon program got messed up, and the lady at the counter kept on repeating the Groupon was invalid, they had canceled it long ago.
Not true! Even now I see their promotion sold on Groupon - I could buy it again... which of course I will never do again, why would I take a risk with such dishonest people.
To clarify, Groupon is not just a discount coupon, it's a pre-paid ticket, which they are still selling, but refusing entry. This is theft!
Groupon quickly refunded my purchase, but that is not enough of a solution.
Avoid this "business" like the plague!
P.S. Should they try to deny this happened, I have the entire scene on video - which I told them about.

This is too bad. Chair massage $5 for 15 minutes. When I went to the front desk to exchange 10 US dollars, the fat man at the front desk told me that it would be at least 20 US dollars. At that time, the thin staff member next to me wanted to change it for me, but the fat staff member stopped her and told her colleague that he only changed it for $10. It seems that they dislike me for not changing enough, haha... Then don’t change it, let those two broken chairs rot there forever😾

Absolutely loved this place the first 3 times I went, a little pricey but it was worth it. This time though, the body scrub was mediocre, I was cold the entire time bc they didn’t do the usual warm wet towel cover. When I was getting massaged on the neck and head area, the person kept picking my head up and dropping it back down, continued to massage the same area, which hurts… it was just not like the first times I went. When leaving, I asked for change from a 20 bc I wanted to leave 2 10 dollar tips for the two different woman that worked with me, but was told that 10 is not enough and I need to tip at least 20. I will not be returning with any tips now.

I’ve been coming here for many years and I’ve always get the results I’m looking for ie a place to soak, steam, massage, facial. I love the body scrub here…. Very thorough. The seaweed treatment is the way to go if you’ve neglected your skin for a long time. I had Mimi and she definitely took care of my skin needs🥳. I like that there’s always warm water available and hot towels with me just laying on the table. It’s like a one stop facial/hair/body treatment. Be nice and they’ll be nice back😉 Great price, no frills, and love the use of crystal/jade/clay/cool rooms plus the foot massager and endless napping 😴
