We stayed in treehouse 3 and absolutely loved it!! The space is beautiful, the views are great, and they’ve thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!

In all fairness, I believe this place is probably as wonderful as I read in the reviews. I just happen to have had an unfortunate experience...
I was shopping around for a quick trip to the area, and I never got an email confirmation that I had this booked. I then booked a VRBO, and received a phone call that my payment was due. I reluctantly paid it, as the lady said she was the owner's mom, and quite honestly, I just trusted the process when I shouldn't have (My husband questioned if I kept an eye on my account, and we later realized it had came out of HIS account)..
The time came, and we were all settled into our wonderful cabin, and out for a hike when the owner called to confirm our arrival. I explained we were there, and it was great. He then called back, and said I indeed was not there, and that's when we realized I had double-booked. He said I could get a refund if he could get someone in there- And I figured the chances were good, as it's a great area, and pre-labor day weekend. I never heard anymore, and called back to ask, and he explained that it was his loss, and he cared nothing about comping me in any way at all..
I understand he didn't HAVE to, as that's the policy. but I really feel that morally he should've WANTED to, just as a good person, in light of the charges and the idea that it was all a big misunderstanding, that happened to have cost me A LOT extra. I NEVER had a confirmation email, and I never had anything showing the payment (Except that it drafted from my account). Unfortunate lessons learned on my part.. I 'm sure it's a nice place, but I truly believe the guy should've done better by us.
We came to ride mountain bikes, and tour Eureka Springs, so Berryville would've been farther off for us anyways.

We just got back from our stay and it was AMAZING!! The grounds are just perfect, so much attention to detail in all the flowers & landscaping, a beautiful waterfall on site and the gazebo was decorated up for the 4th of July
The treehouse itself was beyond our expectations, so nice & super clean!  We had everything we needed to grill out on the deck and post up for a great evening just chilling.  Super comfy beds & the fluffiest down comforter ?
The property even has an inground pool which we definitely took advantage of!
Would highly recommend for a couple's getaway!

These are by far the best treehouses I’ve ever seen. So many details throughout and they are so clean. We stayed in Chalet Viktoriya and it was an incredible place. The view is gorgeous off the back deck and each treehouse is far enough apart that you have so much privacy and feel like you are in your own little world. THE most amazing and relaxing mini staycation I have ever had!
I can't say enough nice things about the staff, they made sure we didn't need or want for anything. Gave great recommendations for restaurant. 2 nights just wasn't enough. We'll be seeing you again soon!

What a lovely place for some down time to recharge our batteries. We stayed in one of the tree houses the weekend of Jun 7-9. We arrived to find the gourmet S’mores package we ordered when we booked and used that our first night at the fire pit out by the waterfall under the stars…it made for a perfect evening.
Even though there’s 3 treehouses, a cabin and the larger hotel property along with other guests it still feels very intimate & private. You're able to get as much or as little down time as one wants. In our case we love picking through local junk shops so that's what we spent most of our weekend doing.
We had a fantastic stay and are going to make it a regular stop for us every year.
