We stayed in the Fairmont Gold section and absolutely loved it! Exclusive check-in, exclusive lounge for complimentary breakfast (very good!) and appetizers and cocktails (we did not partake in these so cannot comment on them). Self-parking, so no issue going in and out during our stay. The room was absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room for 2 of us. Service was perfect! We were well taken care of! Room was very clean. The resort is massive, I'm sure we did not see it all, but what we did see was beautiful. Bourbon Steak was amazing, best meal we have had in a while! And the Plaza Bar was super fun! Our stay was in December, so very well decorated for Christmas, perfect family spot. We took shuttles to golf courses, and just had an amazing time. Thank you!

Such a beautiful stay! I stayed 5 nights for a work meeting in a sunset beach suite (room 1435). It was better than I imagined. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. I loved how cozy the bed was. The outside patio was large with a fire pit. The view was to the back of the hotel so we didn't get the pool view but we still enjoyed relaxing outside. The resort itself was immaculate and very friendly. The layout is a little confusing in the beginning but there was always a friendly staff member willing to help out or drive me in a cart to where I needed to be. The gym was decent. The hotel restaurants were delicious but a little pricey. The best part of the hotel were the greeting dogs! Nash was too cute and friendly. Overall I had a terrific stay and would highly recommend! I wish I could have stayed longer to see the completion of the entire winter village. The Christmas decorations were incredible and looked amazing at night!

We did not stay overnight, just came for the Christmas festivities. We ate dinner at La Hacienda, which we loved. Our almost-two-year-old had an absolute blast. There were fun characters and of course, plenty of beautiful lights. He loved the penguin and princess characters the most. This is a staple for our Christmas season and we highly recommend it!

Highly recommended this resort. The rooms were clean and large. The pools were lovely and relaxing. I had room service and they really took their time on setting it up, from the little jars of jelly to the pouch my toast was in to stay warm. Their Christmas at the Princess is pretty cool but there’s a lot of extra people so it can get crowded at night. We ate Mrs. Clause’s cookies and while they were good, the milk came in its own glass container and was ice cold.

Looking for the perfect Christmas gift for the whole family? This is IT! Starting with a phenomenal arrival experience David (valet) and Helena at the front desk were super helpful and welcoming. Nathan helped us to the room with our luggage and gave us some great tips and tricks for our stay. Alejandro brought chips salsa and deconstructed Margaritas (a must try!). The Christmas fair was incredible! Kids had so much fun. Annemarie was such an awesome breakfast server and my wife says it was the best Avocado toast ever! Michael picked us up with our luggage and the kids loved the golf cart ride. John helped us out on the drive. Just a phenomenal experience all around!!!

Our first experience here was unforgettable. The staff impressed me the most. They were all kind and eager to help and seemed happy to be there. The communication between them was seamless and efficient. The Christmas event was lovely and the grounds were gorgeous to wander. We decided to make it a tradition because we all had such a great experience.

What a phenomenal resort!||I recently visited here the week before Thanksgiving with my wife and son. Staff was awesome and we stayed in part of the resort that included breakfast and snacks throughout the day and night. Those were An amazing benefit. ||We paid a little more but the convenience factor along was worth it!||They had a really nice family pool which my son LOVED the waterside. My son is autistic and he sometimes does not understand all the rules. With that being said when we told staff at the water slide they were EXTREMELY pleasant and understanding. I can’t even tell how many places where we have. Even that are the same caliber of this hotel that did not have this same attitude with my family. ||We did not know the resort decorated for Christmas but we got to see all the beautiful decorations and lights! We 200 percent will be back with our full|Family!

This hotel is amazing. I was lucky enough to be during the Holiday Season and the wonderland is fantastic. I got access to the fair and the attractions.
No breakfast is provided which is a bummer, but there are plenty of restaurants inside the hotel to get something.
Restaurants are good, too.
