Stayed here for 1 night. We went to breakfast at 9 am on Sunday, and it was supposed to go until 10 am. Upon my arrival and my observations of the hot breakfast bar, I found it odd the hot breakfast bar has a small amount of food items available to the 4-5 families eating breakfast at that time. After having a conversation with the breakfast server (Margarita), and my observations of other guests with her, it was apparent she was with holding breakfast items in the back and not fully stocking the hot breakfast bar and pastiers for guest. Due to her actions it was apparent it was a total inconvenience to the entire guests as we all had to ask her for a particular item as she wasn’t being considerate of the families having breakfast. She was literally bring out 1 waffle and 1 English muffin with egg and cheese at a time to place in the food warmers. On one occasion, at about 940 am i asked for a waffle for my daughter. She refused, stating every waffle that was pulled for thawing had been served and she would be unable to give me a waffle as it was frozen. At the conclusion of our conversation, she brought out the cold waffle and i was able to heat it up in the toaster. I did notice, a couple had to argue with her so that she could bring them scrambled eggs. Granted, they arrived at 940 am.

In the room, the night stand with the power strip was not properly secured. This is concerning, as i had my 6 year old child retrieve my charger from the plug and my child somehow ended up pulling the power strip from the center of the night stand. Luckily nothing happened, but still concerning as a parent should that power strip came unsecured and the hot wires exposed.

I stayed here for a single night on a roadtrip. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere but there's a small but cute Downtown close by with several restaurant options.||The woman who checked me in was very friendly and was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite (I hold gold status with Marriott). My suite was really nice with a suede like couch and plenty of room to stretch out. The bathroom was absolutely large with a huge walk in shower. ||Breakfast was a cut above the standard free breakfast and had drinkable coffee (I will say the in room coffee sucked). There were little quiches and decent breakfast sandwiches along with a ton of other options. I wasn't traveling with my celiac suffering daughter but I was pleased to note they had Udis GF baked goods on hand.||Other than bad in room coffee I have nothing bad to say, this is great property.

You think it's clean but it's not...

Check any and all surfaces, main bedroom and bathroom doors are hardly ever wiped down. As well as the bed's headboards; often left greasy and stained. I've found water stains from cups on surfaces not wiped down. Toilet bowls not completely cleaned with substantial stains and mess left over Inside the bowl as well as hair on bathroom floors. Great staff but cleanliness could use a lot of work room wise.

Great place to stay, downtown Winters is just a really nice small town to visit. We stayed one night and beds were comfortable, room was clean and nicely appointed. The gym was nice but on the day of our visit, four treadmills all had a note that they were out of service. Breakfast was as expected for a chain hotel, not great but good.

Great hotel room for when you just need basic amenities, which was exactly what we were looking for. My only complaint was that the air quality in the room wasn't great. If you're sensitive like me, bring a small portable air purifier. It was too cold to open the window. Aside from that, staff was friendly, room and hotel were clean, breakfast was decent and conveniently located next to gas station, Starbucks, Taco Bell and main road.

We were in town for a wedding. It was late when we checked in. We were way beyond tired. The customer service we received upon arrival was exceptional! Robin went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and make our stay excellent. Thank you for the extra effort.

Very clean hotel with a great and helpful staff. I usually stay in Davis but this was a much better option

Front desk clerk upon check in was excellent! Helpful, friendly and empathetic toward our situation (we had no water at our house). Then we get to our room and WOW! The person who cleaned & set up our room did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! They really took the time to make sure we had a beautiful room, and that we had plenty of towels, etc. Amazing!!!
